도 2는 예시적인 파우치형 전지셀이 가스발생으로 부피팽창을 나타낸 도면이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 파우치에 접착면이 구획된 천공된 전극리드의 단락 전 및 후의 개념도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 파우치에 접착면이 구획된 천공된 전극리드의 단락 전 및 후의 개념도이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 파우치에 접착면이 구획된 천공된 전극리드의 단락 전 및 후의 개념도이다.

Claims (12)
- 분리막이 개재된 상태로 양극과 음극이 적층되어 있는 전극조립체, 전극탭, 전극리드 및 절연테이프를 포함하는 파우치에 수용된 파우치형 이차전지에 있어서,
상기 전극리드와 상기 파우치의 접착 특성은 상기 전극리드 일면의 접착부위와 상기 전극리드 타면의 접착부위 중 겹치지 않는 부분이 있는 파우치형 이차전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 겹치지 않는 부분은 상기 전극리드 면적의 50% 이상인 파우치형 이차전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전극리드의 길이 방향(LL), 길이 방향(LL)에 수직(LW) 또는 경사진(LC) 부분의 적어도 일부에 천공선이 있거나 상기 전극탭 방향에 꼭지점이 배치된 적어도 하나 이상의 쐐기(notch) 모양의 천공선이 있는 파우치형 이차전지.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 천공선은 주변의 천공선과 연결되거나 연장되어 상기 전극리드의 면을 2개 이상으로 구획할 수 있도록 형성된 파우치형 이차전지.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 천공선은 상기 전극리드의 길이방향에 평행 및/또는 길이 방향과 소정의 각도(α)로 경사지게 형성된 파우치형 이차전지.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 천공선은 상기 전극리드의 길이방향 최외각면에 접하는 파우치형 이차전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전극리드의 길이 방향(LL)에 수직인 일면(LW)상의 한 점 또는 2 이상의 점에서 길이 방향으로 천공선이 형성된 파우치형 이차전지.
- 제4항에 있어서,
2개 이상으로 구획된 상기 전극리드의 면은 인접하는 면이 교번하며 상기 파우치의 상부파우치 또는 하부파우치와 접착면을 형성한 파우치형 이차전지.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 천공선은 요철이 형성된 파우치형 이차전지.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 요철은 그 단면이 삼각형, 사각형, 다각형 및 무정형 형태 중 어느 하나 또는 2 이상의 형상을 갖는 파우치형 이차전지.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따른,
상기 파우치형 이차전지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디바이스.
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 디바이스는 전자기기, 전기 자동차, 하이브리드 자동차 및 전력 저장장치로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디바이스.
