Claims (7)
- 유통식 반응기에, 적어도 공액 디엔 화합물을 포함하는 원료 모노머와, 리튬 함유 중합 개시제와, 1,2-부타디엔과, 변성제를 연속적으로 공급하고, 상기 원료 모노머를 연속적으로 중합시켜서 폴리머를 생성시키면서, 해당 생성된 폴리머의 일부를 상기 변성제로 변성하는, 변성 폴리머의 제조 방법에 있어서,
상기 중합 및 변성을 110℃ 이상에서 행하고,
상기 1,2-부타디엔(1,2-Bd)과, 상기 리튬 함유 중합 개시제 중 리튬(Li)의 몰비(1,2-Bd/Li)를 0.37 이하로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
변성 폴리머의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 변성제가, 질소 원자 및 규소 원자 중 적어도 한쪽을 포함하는, 변성 폴리머의 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 원료 모노머가, 방향족 비닐 화합물을 더 포함하는, 변성 폴리머의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 변성 폴리머의 제조 방법으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는, 변성 폴리머.
- 제4항에 있어서,
평균 변성률이 60% 이상이고, 분자량 600,000에 있어서의 변성률이 90% 이상이며, 또한 분자량 80,000에 있어서의 변성률이 40% 이하인, 변성 폴리머. - 제4항 또는 제5항에 기재된 변성 폴리머를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고무 조성물.
- 제6항에 기재된 고무 조성물을 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는, 타이어.
