Claims (39)
- 고온 용융 접착제 조성물로서,
(f) 적어도 하나의 반결정성 LMW SSC-PP(low molecular weight, single site catalyst polypropylene) 중합체 및 적어도 하나의 본질적으로 비정질인 HMW SSC-PP(high molecular weight, single site catalyst polypropylene) 공중합체를 함유하는 중합체 블렌드로서; 상기 중합체 및 공중합체 둘 다는 SSC(single site catalyst) 촉매를 사용하여 제조된 호모폴리프로필렌이거나 프로필렌과 α-올레핀 공단량체와의 공중합체이고; 상기 중합체 블렌드 중의 상기 LMW SSC-PP 중합체 대 상기 HMW SSC-PP 중합체의 중량비는 9:1 내지 1:9의 범위이고, 본 발명의 조성물 중의 상기 중합체 블렌드의 총량은 약 20 내지 약 80wt%이며; 상기 LMW SSC-PP는, 약 0.86 내지 약 0.90g/cc의 23℃에서의 밀도, 및 약 10,000 내지 약 100,000g/mole의 중량 평균 분자량, 약 20 내지 약 140℃의 융점, 약 30 내지 약 100J/g의 용융 엔탈피, 약 18 내지 약 50%의 결정도, 80g/10분 이상의 용융 유동 속도, 바람직하게는 약 800 내지 약 100,000mPa.s 범위인 190℃에서의 브룩필드 점도를 가지며; 상기 HMW PP 중합체는, 약 0.85 내지 약 0.88g/cc의 23℃에서의 밀도, 100,000g/mole 이상의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖고, 융점이 없거나 약 20 내지 약 120℃의 레지듀 융점(residue melting point)을 가지며, 약 0 내지 약 30J/g의 용융 엔탈피, 약 0 내지 약 18%의 결정도 및 200g/10분 이하의 용융 유동 속도(FMR)를 갖는, 상기 중합체 블렌드;
(g) 약 15 내지 약 75wt%의 양의 상용성 점착성 부여제(compatible tackifier);
(h) 약 1 내지 약 35wt%의 가소제;
(i) 약 0.1 내지 약 3wt%의 안정화제 또는 항산화제; 및
(j) 임의로, 약 0 내지 약 20wt%의 왁스를 포함하는, 고온 용융 접착제 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반결정성 LMW SSC-PP 중합체가 프로필렌의 단독중합체인, 고온 용융 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반결정성 LMW SSC-PP 중합체가, 프로필렌과 다음 화학식을 갖는 적어도 하나의 α-올레핀 공단량체와의 공중합체인, 고온 용융 접착제 조성물.

- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 점착성 부여제가 방향족으로 개질된 C-5 수지, 방향족으로 개질된 수소화 DCPD 수지인, 고온 용융 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가소제가 미네랄 오일 및 액상 폴리부텐으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는, 고온 용융 접착제 조성물.

- 고온 용융 접착제 조성물로서,
(f) 적어도 하나의 반결정성 LMW SSC-PP 중합체 및 적어도 하나의 본질적으로 비정질인 HMW SSC-PP 공중합체를 함유하는 중합체 블렌드로서; 상기 중합체 및 공중합체 둘 다는 SSC 촉매를 사용하여 제조된 호모폴리프로필렌이거나 프로필렌과 α-올레핀 공단량체와의 공중합체이고; 상기 중합체 블렌드 중의 상기 LMW SSC-PP 중합체 대 상기 HMW SSC-PP 중합체의 중량비는 9:1 내지 1:9의 범위이고, 본 발명의 조성물 중의 상기 중합체 블렌드의 총량은 약 20 내지 약 80wt%이며; 상기 LMW SSC-PP는, 약 10,000 내지 약 100,000g/mole의 중량 평균 분자량, 약 18 내지 약 50%의 결정도, 및 약 800 내지 약 100,000mPa.s 범위인 190℃에서의 브룩필드 점도를 가지며; 상기 HMW PP 중합체는, 100,000g/mole 이상의 중량 평균 분자량, 및 약 0 내지 약 18%의 결정도를 가지며, 여기서, 상기 HMW PP 중합체의 분자량이 상기 LMW SSC-PP의 분자량의 2배 이상인, 상기 중합체 블렌드;
(g) 약 15 내지 약 75wt%의 양의 상용성 점착성 부여제;

(i) 약 0.1 내지 약 3wt%의 안정화제 또는 항산화제; 및
(j) 임의로, 약 0 내지 약 20wt%의 왁스를 포함하는, 고온 용융 접착제 조성물. - 제21항에 있어서, 상기 HMW PP 중합체의 분자량이 상기 LMW SSC-PP의 분자량의 3배 이상인, 고온 용융 접착제 조성물.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 HMW PP 중합체의 분자량이 상기 LMW SSC-PP의 분자량의 5배 이상인, 고온 용융 접착제 조성물.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 반결정성 LMW SSC-PP 중합체가 5 내지 50wt%의 양으로 존재하고, 상기 본질적으로 비정질인 HMW SSC-PP 중합체가 10 내지 30%의 양으로 존재하는, 고온 용융 접착제 조성물.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 본질적으로 비정질인 HMW SSC-PP 중합체가 20 내지 50%의 양으로 존재하는, 고온 용융 접착제 조성물.
- 라미네이트의 제조방법으로서,
용융 상태의 제1항 또는 제21항에 기재된 고온 용융 접착제 조성물을 제1 기재에 도포하는 단계; 및
제2 기재를 상기 접착제 조성물과 접촉시켜, 상기 제2 기재를 상기 제1 기재와 짝짓는(mating) 단계를 포함하는, 라미네이트의 제조방법. - 제26항에 있어서, 상기 접착제가 고온 용융 도포의 직접 접촉 방법을 사용하여 상기 제1 기재에 도포되는, 라미네이트의 제조방법.
