Claims (22)
- 이하의 (A), (B), (C) 및 (E) 성분을 함유하는 도전성 페이스트.
(A) 은 분말
(B) 유리 프릿
(C) 유기 결합제
(E) 백금족 원소의 산화물 및/또는 백금족 원소의 산화물이 될 수 있는 화합물을 포함하는 분말. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 백금족 원소는 루테늄, 백금, 팔라듐 및 이리듐으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나인, 도전성 페이스트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 백금족 원소는 루테늄인, 도전성 페이스트.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (A) 은 분말 100질량부에 대하여 상기 (E) 분말을 0.5 내지 3.0질량부 함유하는, 도전성 페이스트.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (B) 유리 프릿은 산화비스무트(III)를 포함하는 유리 프릿인, 도전성 페이스트.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (D) 구리 및/또는 망간을 포함하는 분말을 추가로 포함하는, 도전성 페이스트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 (D) 분말은 구리 및/또는 망간을 포함하는 금속의 혼합 분말인, 도전성 페이스트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 (D) 분말은 구리 및/또는 망간을 포함하는 합금 분말인, 도전성 페이스트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 (D) 분말은 구리 및/또는 망간을 포함하는 화합물 분말인, 도전성 페이스트.
- 제6항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (D) 분말은 구리 및/또는 망간의 산화물 혹은 수산화물을 포함하는, 도전성 페이스트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 (D) 분말은 구리, 주석 및 망간을 포함하는 금속의 혼합 분말인, 도전성 페이스트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 (D) 분말은 구리, 주석 및 망간을 포함하는 합금 분말인, 도전성 페이스트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 (D) 분말은 구리, 주석 및 망간을 포함하는 화합물 분말인, 도전성 페이스트.
- 제11항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (D) 분말은 구리, 주석 및 망간 중 어느 하나 이상의 산화물 혹은 수산화물을 포함하는, 도전성 페이스트.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (F) 산화비스무트(III)의 분말을 추가로 포함하는, 도전성 페이스트.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 도전성 페이스트를 기판 상에 도포한 후, 그 기판을 500 내지 900℃에서 소성하여 얻어지는 프린트 배선판.
- 제16항에 기재된 프린트 배선판 상에 전자 부품을 납땜하여 얻어지는 전자 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 도전성 페이스트를 세라믹체에 도포한 후, 그 세라믹체를 500 내지 900℃에서 소성하여 얻어지는 세라믹 전자 부품.
- 세라믹체와, 상기 세라믹체의 표면의 적어도 일부에 접합된 금속층을 갖는 금속층 부착 세라믹체이며,
상기 금속층은, 그의 주성분이 은이며, 또한 유리를 함유하고 있고,
상기 금속층은, 백금족 원소의 산화물 및/또는 백금족 원소의 산화물이 될 수 있는 화합물을 포함하는, 금속층 부착 세라믹체. - 제19항에 있어서, 상기 금속층은 비스무트를 추가로 포함하는, 금속층 부착 세라믹체.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 백금족 원소는 루테늄, 백금, 팔라듐 및 이리듐으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나인, 금속층 부착 세라믹체.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 백금족 원소는 루테늄인, 금속층 부착 세라믹체.
