Abstract
본 발명은 혼합물 전체 100 중량부에 대하여, 기능성 세라믹재 30~60중량부; 천연 혹은 합성바인더 10 ~30 중량부; 분산제 0.1 ~0.3 중량부; 증점재 0.1~0.4 중량부; 항균 기능 첨가제 0.1~0.3 중량부; 탈취 기능 첨가제 10 ~ 15 중량부; 기능성 첨가재 0.3~2 중량부; 기타첨가재 0.2~0.5중량부 및 물 10 ~30 중량부를 포함하여 휘발성 유기화합물, 포름알데히드, 진드기 같은 미생물 등 각종 유해 화학물질을 흡착, 분해시켜 쾌적한 주거환경을 만들 수 있는 천연 머드 페인트를 제공한다.

Claims (12)
- 전체 100중량부에 대하여 천연머드 60~80중량부와, 황토, 맥반석에서 선택되는 어느 하나가 20~40중량부가 혼합되거나 또는 천연머드 70~90중량부와, 제올라이트, 규조토, 규회석에서 선택되는 어느 하나가 10~30중량부가 혼합되는기능성 세라믹재를 함수율이 10% 미만이 되도록 건조한 뒤 햄머밀을 이용하여 조분쇄하는 1차 분쇄 단계와;
상기 1차 분쇄 단계에서 얻어진 머드 분쇄물을 입도가 500~1500 메쉬가 되도록 분쇄하는 2차 분쇄 단계와;
전체 100 중량 부에 대하여, 상기 2차 분쇄 단계에서 얻어진 천연머드 30~60중량부; 물 10 ~30 중량부; 젤라틴, 규산소다 및 아마씨유, 밀랍, 카제인 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상이 균등하게 혼합되는 천연바인더, 또는 아크릴계 폴리머, 실리콘계 폴리머 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상이 균등하게 혼합되는 합성바인더 10 ~30 중량부; 분산제 0.1 ~0.3 중량부; 증점재 0.1~0.4중량부; 소포재, 감수재, 표면강화재 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상이 균등하게 혼합되는 기타첨가재 0.2~0.5 중량부; 목초액, 은나노 물질 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상이 균등하게 혼합되는 항균 기능 첨가제 0.1~0.3 중량부; 규조토, 제올라이트, 퍼라이트 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상이 균등하게 혼합되는 탈취 기능 첨가재 10 ~15 중량부 및 숯, 토르말린, 피톤치드, 벤토나이트 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상이 균등하게 혼합되는 기능성 첨가재 0.3~2 중량부를 교반기에서 혼합하는 혼합 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 머드 페인트의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 혼합 단계는,
물과 증점제, 분산제 및 기타 첨가재 투입이 완료되면 배합기를 저속으로 교반하면서 100~150분 동안 혼합하는 1차 혼합 단계와;
상기 1차 혼합 단계가 완료된 혼합물에 기능성 세라믹재, 항균 기능성 첨가재, 탈취 기능성 첨가재, 기능성 첨가재 및 바인더를 배합비에 따라 계량하여 교반기에 투입하고 고속으로 100~150분 동안 교반하는 2차 교반 단계와;
상기 2차 교반이 완료된 친환경 페인트 조성물에 대해 입도계를 사용하여 분산상태를 검사하여 제조를 완성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 머드 페인트의 제조 방법.
- 혼합물 전체 100 중량부에 대하여, 기능성 세라믹재 30~60중량부; 천연 혹은 합성바인더 10 ~30 중량부; 분산제 0.1 ~0.3 중량부; 증점재 0.1~0.4 중량부; 항균 기능 첨가제 0.1~0.3 중량부; 탈취 기능 첨가제 10 ~ 15 중량부; 기능성 첨가재 0.3~2 중량부; 기타첨가재 0.2~0.5중량부 및 물 10 ~30 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 머드 페인트.
- 제3항에 있어서,
기능성 세라믹재는,
전체 100중량부에 대하여 천연머드 60~80중량부와, 황토, 맥반석에서 선택되는 어느 하나가 20~40중량부가 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 머드 페인트.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 기능성 세라믹재는,
전체 100중량부에 대하여 천연머드 70~90중량부와, 제올라이트, 규조토, 규회석에서 선택되는 어느 하나가 10~30중량부가 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 머드 페인트.
- 제3항에 있어서,
천연 바인더는,
젤라틴, 규산소다 및 아마씨유, 밀랍, 카제인 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상이 균등하게 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 머드 페인트.
- 제3항에 있어서,
합성 바인더는,
아크릴계 폴리머, 실리콘계 폴리머 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상이 균등하게 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 머드 페인트.
- 제3항에 있어서,
증점재는,
셀룰로오스로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 머드 페인트.
- 제3항에 있어서,
항균 기능 참가재는,
목초액, 은나노 물질 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상이 균등하게 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 머드 페인트.
- 제3항에 있어서,
탈취기능 첨가재는,
규조토, 제올라이트, 퍼라이트 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상이 균등하게 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 머드 페인트.

기능성 첨가재는,
