Description
- 3종의 화합물, 페놀, 포름알데히드 및 아민 (R = 아민의 잔기)으로부터의 벤족사진 화합물의 합성에 대한 일반적 원리 (도 1a);
- 열 입력에 의한, 이러한 벤족사진 화합물의 옥사진 고리의 개방에 대한 (개환) 메카니즘 (도 1b);
- 할로겐화 페놀 (기호 Hal은 할로겐을 나타냄), 파라포름알데히드 및 디아민으로부터 출발하는, 본 발명의 강화재에 적합한 폴리벤족사진의 합성에 사용될 수 있는 화학식 (A)의 할로겐화 벤족사진 (M으로 나타낸 단량체)의 일반적 합성 반응식 (도 2);
- 할로겐화 페놀, p-포름알데히드 및 지방족 유형의 특정 디아민으로부터 출발하는, 본 발명의 강화재에 적합한 폴리벤족사진의 합성에 사용될 수 있는 화학식 (A-1)의 특정 할로겐화 벤족사진 (M-1로 나타낸 단량체)의 가능한 합성 반응식 (도 3);
- 할로겐화 페놀, p-포름알데히드 및 방향족 유형의 또 다른 특정 디아민으로부터 출발하는, 본 발명의 강화재에 적합한 또 다른 폴리벤족사진의 합성에 사용될 수 있는 화학식 (A-2)의 특정 할로겐화 벤족사진 (M-2로 나타낸 단량체)의 또 다른 가능한 합성 반응식 (도 4);
- 할로겐화 페놀, p-포름알데히드 및 모두 지방족인 특정 디아민으로부터 출발하는, 본 발명의 강화재에 적합한 다른 폴리벤족사진의 합성에 사용될 수 있는 각각 화학식 (A-3), (A-4) 및 (A-5)의 특정 할로겐화 벤족사진의 다른 예 (M-3, M-4 및 M-5로 나타낸 단량체)의 3종의 다른 가능한 합성 반응식 (도 5, 도 6 및 도 7);
- 할로겐화 페놀, p-포름알데히드 및 특정 지방족 트리아민으로부터 출발하는, 본 발명의 강화재에 적합한 또 다른 폴리벤족사진의 합성에 사용될 수 있는 화학식 (A-6)의 특정 할로겐화 벤족사진의 또 다른 예 (M-6으로 나타낸 단량체)의 또 다른 가능한 합성 반응식 (도 8);
- 도 2로부터의 화학식 (A)의 할로겐화 벤족사진 (단량체 M) 및 방향족 디올 또는 티올 유형의 일반 화학식 (B)의 또 다른 단량체 (N으로 나타낸 단량체)로부터 출발하는, 본 발명의 강화재에 적합한 폴리벤족사진 중합체 (P로 나타낸 중합체)의 일반적 합성 반응식 (도 9);
- 화학식 (A-7)의 특정 할로겐화 벤족사진 (단량체 M-7) 및 황-함유 방향족 디올 유형 (티오에테르 관능기를 가짐)의 화학식 (B-1)의 또 다른 특정 단량체 (단량체 N-1)로부터 출발하는, 본 발명의 강화재에 적합한 특정 폴리벤족사진 중합체 (P-1로 나타낸 중합체)의 합성 반응식 (도 10);
- 상기 도 10으로부터의 화학식 (A-7)의 특정 할로겐화 벤족사진 (단량체 M-7) 및 방향족 티올 유형 (에테르 관능기를 가짐)의 화학식 (B-2)의 또 다른 특정 단량체 (단량체 N-2)로부터 출발하는, 본 발명의 강화재에 적합한 또 다른 폴리벤족사진 (P-2로 나타낸 중합체)의 합성 반응식 (도 11);
- 화학식 (A-7)의 할로겐화 벤족사진 (단량체 M-7) 및 방향족 티올 유형 (티오에테르 관능기를 가짐)의 화학식 (B-3)의 또 다른 특정 단량체 (단량체 N-3)로부터 출발하는, 본 발명의 강화재에 적합한 또 다른 폴리벤족사진 (P-3으로 나타낸 중합체)의 합성 반응식 (도 12);
- 중합체 P의 열 처리 후 그의 옥사진 고리가 개방된, 도 9로부터의 본 발명의 강화재에 적합한 폴리벤족사진 (여기서 P'로 나타낸 중합체) (도 13);
- 중합체 P-1의 열 처리 후 그의 옥사진 고리가 개방된, 도 10으로부터의 본 발명의 강화재에 적합한 특정 폴리벤족사진 (여기서 P-1'로 나타낸 중합체) (도 14);

Claims (17)
- 적어도 표면이 적어도 부분적으로 금속성인 금속 또는 금속화된 강화재이며, 적어도 상기 금속성 부분은 폴리벤족사진으로 코팅되고, 폴리벤족사진의 반복 단위는 화학식 (I) 또는 (II)에 상응하는 적어도 하나의 단위를 포함하는 것인 금속 또는 금속화된 강화재.
여기서,
- Z1은, 적어도 하나의 탄소 원자 및 임의로 O, S, N 및 P로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 헤테로원자를 포함하는 적어도 2가의 지방족, 시클로지방족 또는 방향족 결합 기를 나타내고;
- X1 및 X2는 동일하거나 상이하며, O 또는 S를 나타내고;
- Ar1 및 Ar2는 동일하거나 상이하며, 치환된 또는 비치환된 페닐렌 기를 나타내고;
- Z2는 O 또는 (S)n을 나타내고, 여기서 기호 "n"은 1 또는 1 초과의 정수를 나타낸다. - 제1항에 있어서, Z1이 1 내지 20개, 보다 바람직하게는 1 내지 16개의 탄소 원자를 포함하는 지방족 기, 또는 3 내지 20개, 보다 바람직하게는 3 내지 16개의 탄소 원자를 포함하는 시클로지방족 기를 나타내는 것인 강화재.

- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, X1 및 X2가 각각 O를 나타내는 것인 강화재.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, Z2가 O 또는 S, 바람직하게는 S를 나타내는 것인 강화재.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄소강으로 제조된 와이어, 필름, 테이프 또는 코드 형태의 강화재.
- 제10항에 있어서, 탄소강이 브라이트 강철인 강화재.
- 제10항에 있어서, 탄소강이 표면 금속으로 지칭되는 제2 금속으로 적어도 부분적으로 코팅되며, 상기 표면 금속은 바람직하게는 알루미늄, 구리, 아연, 및 이들 금속 중 적어도 하나와 적어도 하나의 다른 금속의 합금으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 강화재.
