도 2는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 전기 자전거의 제어블록도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 전기 자전거의 제어블록도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 전기 자전거에서 페달의 회전속도, 배터리의 전압 및 발전기의 발전전류를 기반으로 페달에 걸리는 토크를 추정하고, 추정된 페달 토크에 따라 모터전류를 가변시키는 것을 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 전기 자전거의 제어흐름도이다.

Claims (7)
- 체인 없는 전기 자전거에 있어서,
페달의 구동에 의해 전압을 발생시키는 발전기;
상기 발전기에 의해 발생된 전압을 저장하는 배터리;
전륜과 후륜 중 적어도 하나에 장착되어 상기 배터리로부터 전력을 공급받아 장착된 차륜에 회전력을 제공하는 모터;
상기 페달의 속도를 감지하는 페달속도감지부;
상기 모터를 구동시키는 모터구동부; 및
상기 페달속도감지부를 통해 감지된 페달속도에 따라 상기 모터를 구동시키고, 상기 모터를 구동하는 동안 상기 페달에 가해진 페달 토크를 근거로 상기 모터에 공급되는 전류를 조절하는 전자제어유닛을 포함하는 전기 자전거. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 배터리에 충전되는 배터리전압을 감지하는 배터리전압감지부와, 상기 발전기에서 발생된 발전전류를 감지하는 발전전류감지부를 포함하고,
상기 전자제어유닛은 상기 페달속도감지부를 통해 감지된 페달속도, 상기 배터리전압감지부를 통해 감지된 배터리전압 및 상기 발전전류감지부를 통해 감지된 발전전류를 근거로 하여 상기 페달에 가해진 페달 토크를 추정하는 전기 자전거. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 페달에 가해진 페달 토크를 감지하는 페달토크감지부를 포함하는 전기 자전거. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전자제어유닛은 상기 모터구동부를 통해 상기 감지된 페달속도에 대응하는 모터전류를 상기 모터에 공급하고, 상기 페달에 가해진 페달 토크가 미리 설정된 페달 토크보다 크면 상기 모터에 공급되는 전류를 증가시키는 전기 자전거. - 페달의 구동에 의해 전압을 발생시키는 발전기와, 상기 발전기에 의해 발생된 전압을 저장하는 배터리와, 전륜과 후륜 중 적어도 하나에 장착되어 상기 배터리로부터 전력을 공급받아 장착된 차륜에 회전력을 제공하는 모터를 포함하는 체인 없는 전기 자전거의 제어방법에 있어서,
상기 페달의 속도를 감지하고,
상기 감지된 페달속도에 따라 상기 모터를 구동시키고,
상기 모터를 구동하는 동안 상기 페달에 가해진 페달 토크를 근거로 상기 모터에 공급되는 전류를 변경하는 전기 자전거의 제어방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 배터리에 충전되는 배터리전압을 감지하고, 상기 발전기에서 발생된 발전전류를 감지하고, 상기 감지된 페달속도, 배터리전압 및 발전전류를 근거로 하여 상기 페달에 가해진 페달 토크를 추정하는 전기 자전거의 제어방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 페달에 가해진 페달 토크가 미리 설정된 페달 토크보다 크면 상기 모터에 공급되는 전류를 상기 감지된 페달속도에 대응하는 모터전류보다 증가시키는 전기 자전거의 제어방법.
