- 세라믹 분말과 탄소나노튜브(CNT)를 혼합하여 소성가공되는 플라즈마 처리장치용 세라믹 조성물에 있어서,
상기 세라믹 조성물은 이트리아(Y2O3)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 처리장치용 세라믹 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 이트리아는 0.1 내지 1 중량%의 범위에서 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 처리장치용 세라믹 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탄소나노튜브와 상기 이트리아는 30 내지 36 중량%의 범위에서 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 처리장치용 세라믹 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,

세라믹 분말과 이트리아 분말을 혼합하여 직경 40 내지 50 ㎛로 입도분리하는 단계;
상기 세라믹 분말과 이트리아 분말의 혼합물을 상기 탄소나노튜브가 분산된 탈이온수에 혼합하는 단계;
상기 세라믹 분말, 이트리아 분말 및 탄소나노튜브의 혼합물을 교반하여 건조하는 단계;
상기 건조된 상기 세라믹 분말, 이트리아 분말 및 탄소나노튜브의 혼합물을 성형하는 단계; 및
