Claims (14)
- 차량(100) 작동 중의 브레이크 시스템 사용의 기준을 결정하기 위한 방법으로,
차량이 상기 차량(100)을 제1 주행 방향으로 추진하기 위한 구동력을 발생시키기 위한 동력원(101), 및 상기 차량(100)의 상기 제1 주행 방향 이동에 대항하여 작용하는 제동력을 요청하기 위한 운전자 제어 수단을 포함하며,
상기 차량의 운전자가 상기 운전자 제어 수단에 의해 제동력을 요청할 때,
- 상기 제동력 요청에 의해 발생되는 차량 가속도에 대한 영향(Avehicle)을 결정하는 단계, 및

- 상기 인가 제동력이 발생시키는 가속도의 차이(Abrake_force)의 크기를 가속도 한계값(Athres)과 비교하고,
- 상기 가속도의 차이(Abrake_force)의 크기가 상기 가속도 한계값(Athres) 아래인 경우를 상기 가속도의 차이(Abrake_force)의 크기가 상기 가속도 한계값(Athres)을 초과하는 경우보다 운전이 보다 경제적인 것으로 결정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 작동 중의 브레이크 시스템 사용의 기준을 결정하기 위한 방법. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 가속도 한계값(Athres)이 상기 차량(100)이 주행하고 있는 표면의 기울기에 따라 다르게 정해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 작동 중의 브레이크 시스템 사용의 기준을 결정하기 위한 방법. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 가속도 한계값(Athres)이 상기 차량이 내리막을 이동하고 있을 때가 상기 차량이 오르막을 이동하고 있을 때보다 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 작동 중의 브레이크 시스템 사용의 기준을 결정하기 위한 방법. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 가속도 한계값(Athres)이, 내리막을 이동하고 있을 때, 상기 인가 제동력이 발생시키며 차량이 최대 제1 가속도로 감속되게 하는 가속도 차이(Abrake_force)가 차량을 운전하는 경제적인 방식을 나타내는 것임을 특징으로 하는 차량 작동 중의 브레이크 시스템 사용의 기준을 결정하기 위한 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
- 상기 제동력 요청에 의해 발생되는 차량 가속도(Avehicle)에 대한 영향을 발생된 차량 가속도(Avehicle)를 가속도 한계값(Athres)과 비교하는 것에 의해 결정하는 단계, 및
- 상기 차량 가속도(Avehicle)가 상기 가속도 한계값(Athres) 아래인 경우를 때를 상기 차량 가속도(Avehicle)가 상기 가속도 한계값(Athres)을 초과하는 경우보다 운전이 보다 경제적인 것으로 결정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 작동 중의 브레이크 시스템 사용의 기준을 결정하기 위한 방법. - 청구항 3 내지 청구항 8 중 어느 한 청구항에 있어서,
상기 가속도 한계값(Athres)이, 0.8m/s2과 같은, 0m/s2 내지 -2m/s2 구간 또는 -0.5m/s2 내지 -1.5m/s2 구간의 차량 감속 가속도와 같은, 차량 감속 가속도인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 작동 중의 브레이크 시스템 사용의 기준을 결정하기 위한 방법. - 선행하는 청구항들 중 어느 한 청구항에 있어서,
