Claims (17)

a) 열가소성 수지 또는 열경화성 수지로부터 형성된 기판; 및
b) 복합 스택을 형성하기 위해 상기 기판에 인접하게 배치된 열전도성 또는 열흡수성 코팅물을 포함하되, 상기 복합 스택은 관통면 열전도도가 약 6 W/m*K 내지 약 12 W/m*K 인 것을 특징으로 하는, 물품. - 물품으로서,
a) 열가소성 수지 또는 열경화성 수지로부터 형성된 기판; 및
b) 복합 스택을 형성하기 위해 상기 기판에 인접하게 배치된 열전도성 또는 열흡수성 코팅물을 포함하되, 상기 복합 스택은 코팅물이 없는 기판과 비교할 때 관통면 열전도도가 적어도 2 W/m*K 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 물품. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 폴리머는 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌, 에틸렌계 코폴리머, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리아미드, 폴리에스테르, 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트 (PBT), 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 (PET), 폴리사이클로헥실렌디메틸렌 테레프탈레이트 (PCT), 액정 폴리머 (LPC), 폴리페닐렌설파이드 (PPS), 폴리페닐렌에테르 (PPE), 폴리페닐렌옥사이드-폴리스티렌 블렌드, 폴리스티렌, 고충격보강 폴리스티렌, 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌 (ABS) 터폴리머, 아크릴폴리머, 폴리에테르이미드 (PEI), 폴리우레탄, 폴리에테르에테르케톤 (PEEK), 폴리에테르설폰 (PES), 및 전술한 것의 임의의 혼합물을 포함하는 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지 또는 열경화성 수지는 순수한 수지인 물품.
