Claims (15)
- 경화성 수상 알루미나 시멘트 성분 A 및 경화 공정을 개시하기 위한 수상의 개시제 성분 B를 포함하고, 성분 A가 인산, 메타인산, 아인산 및 포스폰산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 블로킹제, 적어도 하나의 가소제 및 물을 더 포함하고, 성분 B가 개시제, 적어도 하나의 지연제, 적어도 하나의 무기물 충전제 및 물을 포함하는 2-성분 모르타르 시스템으로서,
i) 개시제가 알칼리 금속염 및/또는 알칼리 토금속염의 혼합물을 포함하고,
ii) 적어도 하나의 지연제가 시트르산, 타르타르산, 락트산, 살리실산, 글루콘산 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되며,
iii) 적어도 하나의 무기물 충전제가 석회석 충전제, 모래, 커런덤, 돌로마이트, 알칼리 내성 유리, 부순돌, 자갈, 조약돌 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2-성분 모르타르 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서, 개시제가 리튬 금속염의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2-성분 모르타르 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 지연제가 시트르산, 타르타르산 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 2-성분 모르타르 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 무기물 충전제가 500 ㎛ 이하의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 2-성분 모르타르 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 무기물 충전제가 석회석 충전제 또는 석회석 충전제의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 2-성분 모르타르 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 A 및 B를 혼합하여 얻어진 생성물에서, 물의 알루미나 시멘트에 대한 비(W/CAC) 또는 물의 칼슘 설포알루미네이트 시멘트에 대한 비(W/CAS)가 1.5보다 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 2-성분 모르타르 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 A 및 성분 B의 저장 수명이 적어도 6개월인 것을 특징으로 하는 2-성분 모르타르 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 A 및 성분 B가 슬러리 또는 페이스트의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 2-성분 모르타르 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 2-성분 모르타르 시스템이 적어도 5분의 초결 시간(initial set time)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 2-성분 모르타르 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 B의 pH 값이 10을 초과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2-성분 모르타르 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 B가
0.1 중량% 내지 4 중량%의 수산화리튬,
0.1 중량% 내지 5 중량%의 황산리튬 또는 황산리튬 일수화물,
0.05 중량% 내지 5 중량%의 시트르산,
0.05 중량% 내지 4 중량%의 타르타르산,
35 중량% 내지 45 중량%의 제1 무기물 충전제,
15 중량% 내지 25 중량%의 제2 무기물 충전제,
10 중량% 내지 20 중량%의 제3 무기물 충전제,
0.01 중량% 내지 0.5 중량%의 증점제, 및
15 중량% 내지 25 중량%의 물
을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2-성분 모르타르 시스템. - 제11항에 있어서, 제1 무기물 충전제, 제2 무기물 충전제 및 제3 무기물 충전제가 3종의 상이한 탄산칼슘 미분인 것을 특징으로 하는 2-성분 모르타르 시스템.
- 무기물 표면에서 앵커링 수단의 화학적 고착을 위한 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 2-성분 모르타르 시스템의 용도.
- 제13항에 있어서, 앵커링 수단이 앵커 로드, 나사형 앵커 로드, 볼트 또는 보강 철근인 용도.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 무기물 표면이 벽돌, 콘크리트, 투수성 콘크리트 또는 천연석으로 만든 구조물인 용도.
