도 1은 관련기술에 따른 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 속도 제어를 설명하는 도면이다.
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 클러치 제어 방법을 설명하는 도면이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 클러치 제어 방법을 설명하는 설명하는 흐름도(flowchart)이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 클러치 제어 방법이 적용되는 하이브리드 차량을 설명하는 블락 다이어그램(block diagram)이다.

Claims (6)
- 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 클러치 제어 방법에 있어서,
제어기가 상기 하이브리드 차량의 주행 모드를 EV 모드(electric vehicle mode)로부터 HEV 모드(hybrid electric vehicle mode)로 전환하기 위한 엔진의 목표 속도를 설정하고 하이브리드 시동 발전기를 제어하여 상기 엔진의 속도가 상기 목표 속도가 되도록 제어하는 단계;
상기 엔진의 속도가 상기 목표 속도로 유지될 때, 상기 제어기가 상기 엔진과 구동 모터를 연결 또는 분리하는 엔진 클러치의 결합이 시작되도록 제어하는 단계;
상기 제어기가 상기 엔진 클러치가 슬립 결합될 때 생성되는 엔진 클러치의 접합점을 검출하여 상기 엔진 클러치의 접합점을 학습하는 단계; 및
상기 엔진 클러치의 접합점이 학습된 후 상기 엔진의 속도와 상기 구동 모터의 속도가 동기화될 때, 상기 제어기가 상기 하이브리드 차량의 운전자의 요구 토크에 근거하여 상기 엔진의 출력을 증가시키는 단계;
를 포함하는 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 클러치 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 클러치 제어 방법은,
상기 접합점이 검출될 때, 상기 제어기가 상기 엔진 클러치의 전달 토크를 학습하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 클러치 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제어기는 상기 엔진의 속도와 상기 구동 모터의 속도 사이의 동기화 시점을 상기 엔진 클러치의 전달 토크가 발생하는 시점으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 클러치 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 엔진의 목표 속도는 상기 구동 모터의 속도보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 클러치 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 엔진 클러치의 접합점이 검출된 후 상기 제어기에 의한 상기 하이브리드 시동 발전기의 속도 제어는 중지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 클러치 제어 방법.
- 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 클러치 제어 장치에 있어서,
엔진과 구동 모터를 연결 또는 분리하는 엔진 클러치; 및
상기 하이브리드 차량의 주행 모드를 EV 모드(electric vehicle mode)로부터 HEV 모드(hybrid electric vehicle mode)로 전환하기 위한 엔진의 목표 속도를 설정하고 하이브리드 시동 발전기를 제어하여 상기 엔진의 속도가 상기 목표 속도가 되도록 제어하는 제어기;
를 포함하며,
상기 엔진의 속도가 상기 목표 속도로 유지될 때, 상기 제어기는 상기 엔진 클러치의 결합이 시작되도록 제어하고, 상기 제어기는 상기 엔진 클러치가 슬립 결합될 때 생성되는 엔진 클러치의 접합점을 검출하여 상기 엔진 클러치의 접합점을 학습하고, 상기 엔진 클러치의 접합점이 학습된 후 상기 엔진의 속도와 상기 구동 모터의 속도가 동기화될 때, 상기 제어기가 상기 하이브리드 차량의 운전자의 요구 토크에 근거하여 상기 엔진의 출력을 증가시키는 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 클러치 제어 장치.
