Claims (11)
- Cr: 17~21중량% 및 Si: 0.30~0.6%를 포함하고, Nb: 0.1~0.5% 및 Ti: 0.1~0.4% 중 1종 이상을 포함하는 페라이트계 스테인리스 냉연강판을 소둔하는 단계;
상기 소둔된 페라이트계 스테인리스 냉연강판을 중성염 전해 산세하는 단계;

상기 소둔된 페라이트계 스테인리스 냉연강판의 소둔 스케일 내 Si 산화물층의 두께는 80nm 이하이고, 상기 소둔 스케일의 두께에 대한 상기 Si 산화물층의 두께의 비가 0.5 이하인 페라이트계 스테인리스 냉연강판의 소둔 및 산세 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 소둔시, 하기 식 1로 정의되는 TV가 50~120이고, 소둔 온도는 990~1040℃이며, 균열 유지 시간은 0초인 페라이트계 스테인리스 냉연강판의 소둔 및 산세 방법.
[식 1] TV = (냉연강판의 두께, mm) X (연속 소둔 속도, mpm)
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 중선염 전해 산세시, 강판의 표면 전위를 1.0~1.15V로 유지하고, 중성염 전해조의 pH는 3.5~5.5로, 인가전류는 8~10A/dm2으로 제어하는 페라이트계 스테인리스 냉연강판의 소둔 및 산세 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 중성염 전해 산세 후 상기 혼산 산세 전, 황산 전해 산세하는 단계를 더 포함하는 페라이트계 스테인리스 냉연강판의 소둔 및 산세 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 황산 전해 산세시, 황산 전해조 온도가 하기 관계식 1을 만족하도록 제어하는 페라이트계 스테인리스 냉연강판의 소둔 및 산세 방법.

(황산 전해조 온도, ℃) ≤ 49.17 - 0.110*(황산 전해조 농도, g/L) + 2.22*(인가 전류 밀도, A/dm2)
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 중성염 전해 산세 후 상기 혼산 산세 전, 질산 전해 산세하는 단계를 더 포함하는 페라이트계 스테인리스 냉연강판의 소둔 및 산세 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 질산 전해 산세시, 질산 농도는 70~120g/L, 질산 전해조 온도는 45~60℃, 인가 전류는 4~8A/dm2으로 제어하는 페라이트계 스테인리스 냉연강판의 소둔 및 산세 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 중성염 전해 산세 후 상기 혼산 산세 전, 황산 전해 산세하는 단계 및 질산 전해 산세하는 단계를 더 포함하는 페라이트계 스테인리스 냉연강판의 소둔 및 산세 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 혼산 용액의 불산 농도는 15~25g/L, 혼산 온도는 50~55℃로 제어하는 페라이트계 스테인리스 냉연강판의 소둔 및 산세 방법.
- 제4항 또는 제6항에 있어서,
상기 혼산 용액의 불산 농도는 15~20g/L, 혼산 온도는 45~50℃로 제어하는 페라이트계 스테인리스 냉연강판의 소둔 및 산세 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 혼산 용액의 불산 농도는 10~15g/L, 혼산 온도는 40~45℃로 제어하는 페라이트계 스테인리스 냉연강판의 소둔 및 산세 방법.
