Description
도 2는 건축 불연 복합 단열 판넬에 이용되는 페놀폼 단열재 코어의 외형을 나타내었다.
도 3은 건축 불연 복합 단열 판넬을 벽체 또는 구조체와 결합시키기 위해 이용되는 제 1의 고정 클램프를 나타내었다.
도 4는 건축 불연 복합 단열 판넬을 벽체 또는 구조체와 결합시키기 위해 이용되는 제 2의 고정 클램프를 나타내었다.
도 5 내지 도 10은 건축 불연 복합 단열 판넬과 결합되는 벽체 또는 구조체 간의 연결 상태를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 11 및 도 12는 건축 불연 복합 단열 판넬의 제조 과정을 나타내는 순서도이다.

Claims (4)
- 하나 이상의 불연 면재와,
페놀(Phenolic) 재질의 단열재 코어와,
불연 백 보드가 서로 결합하여 이루어지고,
상기 불연 백 보드의 상하 좌우 측면에는 건물 외벽 구조에 부착 고정하도록 하는 복수의 고정 클램프가 사용되고,
상기 고정 클램프는, "ㄱ" 형태나 ㄷ" 형태의 거치부가 일체로 복수 돌출 형성되고, 건물 내·외벽 구조와의 결합을 위한 결합공이 복수 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 건축 불연 복합 단열 판넬. - 제 1항에 있어서,
각각의 건축 불연 복합 단열 판넬 사이의 틈새에는 백업재 및 코킹을 삽입하여 밀봉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 건축 불연 복합 단열 판넬. - 건축 불연 복합 단열 판넬의 제조 방법에 있어서,
프레스 베이스판에 사각으로 된 몰드를 서로 대향하도록 설치하고, 베이스판 가운데에 알루미늄바를 설치하는 단계와,
판넬을 베이스판 상면에 설치한 후, 누수가 되지 않도록 몰드, 면재 및 알루미늄바의 틈새를 마스킹 테이프로 막는 단계와,
페놀(Phenolic) 코어 용액을 판넬 불연 면재 위에 타설하는 단계와,
코어 용액을 부은 후 3 ~ 10분 이내에 백 보드를 놓고 프레스 상판으로 몰드 위를 밀폐하고, 코어가 완전 양생될 때까지 기다린 다음, 프레스 상판을 제거한 후 몰드를 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건축 불연 복합 단열 판넬의 제조 방법. - 건축 불연 복합 단열 판넬의 제조 방법에 있어서,
컨베이어 위에 접착제를 도포한 백 보드를 올려놓고 프레스판으로 이동하는 단계와,
미리 완성된 페놀(Phenolic) 재질의 단열재 코어를 백 보드 상단에 부착시키는 단계와,
판넬 불연 면재의 하단에 접착제를 도포한 후, 페놀폼 단열재 코어 상단에 부착시키는 단계와,
건조실에서 건조를 시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건축 불연 복합 단열 판넬의 제조 방법.
