커피를 추출하고 남은 커피찌꺼기를 건조하는 건조단계와,
건조 커피찌꺼기 85~95 중량%, 파라핀 분말 3~10 중량% 커피원두 가루 2~5 중량%를 혼합하는 혼합단계와,
상기 혼합물을 압축하여 장작형태로 성형하는 압축성형단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 커피찌꺼기를 이용한 장작의 제조 방법.
