Claims (15)
- 차량 내부를 외부 주변 영역으로부터 분리하기 위한 가열 가능한 적층된 차량 창으로서,
열가소성 중간층(3)을 통해 서로 결합된 외부 페인(1)과 내부 페인(2) 및 전원의 2극에 전기적으로 연결하기 위해 제공된 2개 이상의 부스바(5 및 6)에 전기적으로 연결되어, 공급 전압의 인가에 의해, 2개 이상의 부스바(5 및 6) 사이에 형성된 가열 필드를 통해 가열 전류가 흐르는, 전기적으로 가열 가능한 코팅(4)을 포함하고,
차량 창은 하나 이상의 금속 요소(7)를 구비하고, 하나 이상의 금속 요소(7)는 차량 창 상에 또는 내부에 배열되어 열이 금속 요소(7)의 열전도를 이용하여 열 발생이 높은 가열 필드 영역 밖으로 분산되는,
차량 창. - 제1항에 있어서, 금속 요소(7)는 포일, 시트 또는 주조 부품인 차량 창.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 금속 요소(7)의 가열 가능 코팅(4) 상으로의 투사는, 국부적으로, 가열 필드의 평균 발열량보다 15% 이상 높은 발열량을 가지는 가열 가능 코팅(4)의 영역에 대응하는 차량 창.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 부스바(5 및 6) 사이에 가열 가능 코팅(4)이 없는 국부적으로 제한된 영역(8)을 가지고, 금속 요소는 전류 흐름의 방향으로 상기 영역(8)의 옆에, 바람직하게는 양 옆에 배열되는 차량 창.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속 요소(7)는 부스바(5 및 6)와 그에 연결된 공급 라인(9) 사이의 접촉점과 오버랩되는 차량 창.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속 요소(7)는 차량 창 내에 적층되는 차량 창.
- 제6항에 있어서, 금속 요소(7)는 가열 가능 코팅(4) 상에 배열되고, 선택적으로, 절연 코팅을 가지는 차량 창.
- 제6항에 있어서, 금속 요소(7)는 가열 가능 코팅(4)으로부터 중간층(3)의 재료에 의해 분리되는 차량 창.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속 요소(7)는 내부 페인(2)의 내부 측 표면(IV)에 배열되는 차량 창.

- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 부스바(5 및 6)는 바람직하게는 은 입자 및 유리 프릿을 함유하는 소성된 프린팅 페이스트로 구현되거나, 바람직하게는 구리를 함유하는 전기 전도성 포일의 스트립으로 구현되는 차량 창.
- 차량 내부를 외부 주변 영역으로부터 분리하기 위한 가열 가능한 적층된 차량 창을 제조하는 방법으로서,
(a) 외부 페인(1), 열가소성 중간층(3) 및 내부 페인(2)을 준비하는 단계로서, 외부 페인(1), 내부 페인(2) 또는 중간층(3)에 전기적으로 가열 가능한 코팅(4)을 제공하는 단계,
(b) 가열 가능 코팅(4)을 전원의 2극에 전기적으로 연결하기 위해 제공된 2개 이상의 부스바(5 및 6)에 연결하는 단계로서, 공급 전압의 인가에 의해, 2개 이상의 부스바(5 및 6) 사이에 형성된 가열 필드를 통해 가열 전류가 흐르는 단계,
(c) 외부 페인(1) 및 내부 페인(2)을 중간층(3)을 통해 적층에 의해 서로 결합하는 단계를 포함하고,
적층 전에 또는 후에 하나 이상의 금속 요소(7)를 차량 창 상에 또는 내부에 배열하여 열이 금속 요소(7)의 열전도를 이용하여 열 발생이 높은 가열 필드 영역 밖으로 분산되는,
