Claims (10)
- 양극 활물질 사이에서 전자를 전달하는 양극 집전체 및 상기 양극 집전체 상에 순차적으로 도포되어 있는 다층 구조의 양극 합제층을 포함하되,
상기 양극 합제층은 상기 양극 집전체에 인접한 순으로 제1 양극 합제층부터 제n 양극 합제층(단, n은 2≤n≤5인 자연수)까지 존재하고, 각각의 양극 합제층은 양극 활물질 로딩양이 상이한 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬-황 전지용 양극.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 양극 합제층은 상기 n이 커질수록 양극 활물질 로딩양이 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬-황 전지용 양극.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 양극 합제층은 상기 n이 커질수록 양극 활물질 로딩양이 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬-황 전지용 양극.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 양극 합제층의 양극 활물질 총 로딩양은 2 ~ 15 mAh/㎠ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬-황 전지용 양극.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 양극 합제층의 총 두께는 10 내지 300 ㎛인 것을 특징을 하는 리튬-황 전지용 양극.
- i) 양극 집전체를 준비하는 단계;
ii) 상기 양극 집전체 상에 양극 활물질, 도전재 및 바인더를 포함하는 양극 조성물을 용매에 희석한 슬러리를 도포하는 단계;
iii) 상기 슬러리를 압연한 후, 반건조하여 양극 합제층을 형성하는 단계;
iv) 상기 반건조된 양극 합제층 상에 상기 ii)의 슬러리를 재도포하는 단계; 및
v) 상기 양극 합제층을 압연하고 건조하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 iii) 단계의 반건조는 상기 양극 합제층 내 용매가 20 내지 80 중량% 잔류하도록 건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬-황 전지용 양극 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 iii) 단계 및 iv) 단계는 차례로 n-1회 수행(단, n은 2≤n≤5인 자연수)하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬- 황 전지용 양극 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 iii) 단계의 반건조는 상온에서 0.5 내지 2 시간 동안 건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬-황 전지용 양극 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 바인더는 양극 조성물 총 중량을 기준으로 0.5 내지 30 중량%로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬-황 전지용 양극 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항의 양극을 포함하는 리튬-황 전지.
