Abstract
생분해성 폴리에스테르 조성물의 총 중량을 기준하여, 시클로펜탄온의 중량함유량은 0.5ppm-85ppm이다.
본 발명은 조성물 중에 환상 에스테르화물과 시클로 펜탄온을 첨가하고, 조성물 중의 환상 에스테르화물과 시클로펜탄온의 함유량을 일정한 범위내에 컨트롤함으로 인해, 생분해성 폴리에스테르 조성물의 항열가속산소노화 성능을 대폭 증가시킬 뿐만 아니라, 취입성형에 의해 얻어지는 제품을 95%알코올 중 40℃하에서 240h끓인 후, 표면에 석출물이 적고, 뛰어난 표면 외관 성능을 가지며, 생분해성 폴리에스테르 조성물의 취입성형 중 박막의 윤활성을 개선시키고, 취입성형 속도가 176 Kg/h일 경우, 막의 두께극차 <0.2μm, 막 두께의 상대편차 <1%로서, 뛰어난 취입막의 안정성과 취입성형의 연속성을 보증한다.

Claims (10)
- 중량부로 계산하여, 아래 성분:
i)60~100부의 생분해성 지방족-방향족 폴리에스테르,
ii)0~40부의 폴리락트산,
iii)0~35부의 유기 충전재 및/또는 무기 충전재,
iv)0~1부의 에폭시기를 함유하고, 스티렌, 아크릴레이트 및/메타크릴산 에스테르로 구성되는 공중합체를 포함하고,
그중, 생분해성 폴리에스테르 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로, 화학식(I)의 구조를 가지는 환상 에스테르화물의 중량함유량을 100ppm-950ppm로 하며,
생분해성 폴리에스테르 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로, 시클로펜탄온의 중량함유량을 0.5ppm-85ppm로 함을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 폴리에스테르 조성물. - 청구항1에 있어서,
생분해성 폴리에스테르 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로, 환상 에스테르화물의 중량함유량을 160ppm-750ppm, 선호적으로 210ppm-540ppm로 하고, 시클로펜탄온의 중량함유량을 5ppm-50ppm, 선호적으로 10 ppm -35ppm로 함을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 폴리에스테르 조성물. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
중량부로 계산하여, 아래 성분:
i)65~95부의 생분해성 지방족-방향족 폴리에스테르,
ii)5~35부의 폴리락트산,
iii)5~25부의 유기 충전재 및/또는 무기 충전재,
iv)0.02~0.5부의 에폭시기를 함유하고, 스티렌, 아크릴레이트 및/메타크릴산 에스테르로 구성되는 공중합체,
를 포함하는 생분해성 폴리에스테르 조성물. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 환상 에스테르화물의 중량함유량은 아래 방법으로 측정: 생분해성 폴리에스테르 조성물 1.2000g을 정확하게 무게를 달아 25ml 메스플라스크에 넣고, 클로로포름을 넣어 용해시켜, 생분해성 폴리에스테르 조성물이 완전히 용해된 후 정용시키고, GC-MS로 제작된 용액 중의 환상 에스테르화물의 피이크 면적을 측정하며, 생분해성 폴리에스테르 조성물중의 환상 에스테르화물의 피이크 면적과 환상 에스테르화물의 표준그래프에 근거하여, 생분해 폴리에스테르 조성물중의 환상 에스테르화물의 함유량을 산출하며, 표준 그래프는 환상 에스테르화물/클로로포름 용액으로 규정하고,
상기 시클로펜탄온의 중량함유량은 아래 방법으로 측정: 생분해성 폴리에스테르 조성물 1.2000g을 정확하게 무게를 달아 정지상 헤드스페이스 실험용 플라스크에 넣고, 정지상 헤드스페이스법으로 생분해성 폴리에스테르 중의 시클로펜탄온의 피이크 면적 측정을 통해, 생분해성 폴리에스테르 조성물중의 시클로펜탄온의 피이크 면적과 시클로펜탄온의 표준그래프에 근거하여, 생분해 폴리에스테르 조성물중의 시클로펜탄온의 함유량을 산출하며, 표준 그래프는 시클로펜탄온/메탄올 용액으로 규정함을,
특징으로 하는 생분해성 폴리에스테르 조성물. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 생분해성 지방족-방향족 폴리에스테르는 폴리부틸렌아디페이트-코-부틸렌테레프탈레이트PBAT, 폴리부틸렌숙시네이트-코-부틸렌테레프탈레이트PBST 또는 폴리부틸렌세바케이트-코-부틸렌테레프탈레이트PBSeT중의 하나 또는 여러가지로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 폴리에스테르 조성물. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 유기 충전재는 천연점분, 가소화 점분, 변성점분, 천연섬유 또는 나무가루 중의 하나 또는 그 혼합물로 구성되며, 상기 무기 충전재는 활석분, 벤토나이트, 고령토, 백악가루, 탄산칼슘, 흑연, 석고, 전기전도성 카본블랙, 염화칼슘, 산화철, 백운석, 이산화규소, 규회석, 이산화티탄, 규산염, 운모, 유리섬유 또는 광물성 섬유 중의 하나 또는 그 혼합물로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 폴리에스테르 조성물. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
생분해성 폴리에스테르 조성물에는 추가로 , 가소제, 탈형제, 표면활성제, 왁스, 항정전기제, 염료, UV흡수제, UV안정제 또는 기타 플라스틱 첨가제중의 적어도 하나를 0~4부를 넣을 수도 있음을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 폴리에스테르 조성물. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 7 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 생분해성 폴리에스테르 조성물을 진공을 뽑지 아니한 알루미늄호일 봉지안에 넣어 밀봉하고, 알루미늄호일 봉지를 70℃의 송풍기가 달린 건조상자에 넣어, 열가속산소노화 실험을 진행하고, 그 실험시간을 ≥ 10일로 함을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 폴리에스테르 조성물. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 7 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 생분해성 폴리에스테르 조성물을 95%알코올 중, 40℃하에서 240h끓인 후의 ΔL가 <0.80임을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 폴리에스테르 조성물. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 7 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
취입성형 속도가 176 Kg/h일 경우, 막의 두께극차 <0.2μm, 막 두께의 상대편차 <1%임을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 폴리에스테르 조성물.
