Claims (8)
- 원주 방향을 따라 연장되며 지그 재그 형태를 갖는 복수의 스트럿과, 상기 복수의 스트럿 중 인접한 스트럿을 연결하여 상기 스트럿과 함께 닫힌 영역인 셀을 한정하는 링크를 구비하는 몸체; 및
상기 몸체의 외주를 감싸고, 상기 스트럿 보다 큰 연성을 가져서 상기 몸체의 팽창 시에 상기 몸체와 함께 확장되는 생체 흡수성막을 포함하고,
상기 생체 흡수성막은,
상기 스트럿 및 상기 링크의 표면에 도포되는 표면막과, 상기 셀을 한정하는 상기 스트럿 및 상기 링크의 측면에 결합되어 상기 셀을 밀폐하는 밀폐막을 포함하고,
상기 생체 흡수성막은, 상기 스트럿의 두께 대비 0.125배 이하의 두께를 갖고,
상기 스트럿의 지그 재그 형태에 의해 형성되는 산들 중 인접한 산들은 상기 원주 방향을 따라 서로 반대 방향을 향해 꺾인 형상이고, 상기 인접한 산들에 의해 한정되는 상기 밀폐막의 인접한 단부들도 상기 원주 방향을 따라 서로 반대 방향을 향해 꺾인 형상을 갖는, 스텐트 그래프트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 생체 흡수성막은,
외부로부터 상기 몸체를 향해 분사되는 코팅액에 의해 형성되는, 스텐트 그래프트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 표면막은,
상기 몸체가 혈관 내에 삽입된 때에 혈관의 협착 부위에서 혈관 내벽으로부터 미끄러지지 않도록 상기 스트럿 및 상기 링크의 형상을 따라 돌출 형성되는, 스텐트 그래프트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 생체 흡수성막은,
폴리카프로락톤(Polycaprolactone, PCL), 폴리글리콜산(polyglycolic acid, PGA), 폴리락틱산(polylactic acid, PLA), 폴리락틱글리콜산(polylactic-glycolic acid, PLGA), 폴리다이옥사논(polydioxanone, PDO) 및 트리메틸렌 카보네이트(trimethylene carbonate, TMC)로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 중합체 또는 이들의 공중합체 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는, 스텐트 그래프트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 몸체는,
스테인레스 스틸, 니켈-크롬 합금, 니켈-티타늄 합금, 코발트-크롬 합금, 탄탈륨, 티타늄, 알루미늄, 지르코늄, 크롬 및 니켈로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 금속인, 스텐트 그래프트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 생체 흡수성막 중 상기 몸체의 중간 영역에 형성된 것은,
상기 몸체의 외곽 영역에 형성된 것보다 더 두꺼운 것인, 스텐트 그래프트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 생체 흡수성막은,
상기 몸체의 일부 영역에만 형성되는, 스텐트 그래프트.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 생체 흡수성막은,
혈관의 천공 부위에 대응하는 크기로 형성되는, 스텐트 그래프트.
