Abstract
Description
도 2a 내지 2c는 본 발명에 따른 추출물의 처리에 따른 pH 영향의 결과를 나타낸 것이다. 도 2a 내지 도 2c에서 대조군(control)은 천연에서 생산되는 동충하초 추출물로부터 제조된 항균 보존제가 되고, 저장 시간(storage time)은 일 단위(day)가 되고, A, B 및 C는 각각 햄버거, 어묵 또는 냉장면을 나타낸다.
도 3a 내지 3c는 본 발명에 따른 추출물의 처리에 따른 산도 변화 결과를 나타낸 것이다. 도 3a 내지 도 3c에서 대조군(control)은 천연에서 생산되는 동충하초 추출물로부터 제조된 항균 보존제가 되고, 저장 시간(storage time)은 일 단위(day)가 되고, A, B 및 C는 각각 햄버거, 어묵 또는 냉장면을 나타낸다.
도 4a 내지 4c는 본 발명에 따른 추출물의 처리에 따른 관능검사의 경과를 나타낸 것이다. 도 4a에서 도 4c에서 대조군은 대조군(control)은 천연에서 생산되는 동충하초 추출물로부터 제조된 항균 보존제가 되고, 저장 시간(storage time)은 일 단위(day)가 되고, 저장 기간 0, 1, 2, 3 및 4일 및 12 ℃의 온도에서 시험된 결과를 나타낸 것이다.
도 5a 내지 5d는 본 발명에 따른 추출물의 독성 시험 결과를 나타낸 것으로,도 5a 도 5b는 각각 A375 세포 및 HaCat 셀에 대하여 1 %의 농도로 처리한 결과를 나타낸 것이다.
도 6a 내지 6c 및 도 7a 내지 7e는 본 발명에 따른 추출물의 선도 유지제의 효능 시험의 결과를 나타낸 것이다. 도 6a는 0, 24 및 72 시간에 대한 수분 증발 억제력의 평가 결과를 나타낸 것으로 무처리, 상업적으로 이용 가능한 코팅제 및 본 발명에 따른 처리 결과를 나타낸 것이다. 도 7a 및 7c는 각각 분리균 접종 후 5일, 10일 및 20일 경과 후 결과를 나타낸 것이고, 도 7d 및 도 7e는 1 내지 6일 및 16 내지 22일 경과 후 결과를 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (4)
- 액체 배지, 고형 배지 또는 충체에 코디셉스 밀리타리스 또는 코디셉스 누탄스균을 접종하여 균사체를 얻는 단계; 및
상기 얻어진 균사체를 고형 배지 또는 충체에서 배양하여 자실체를 형성시키는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 자실체를 형성하는 고형 배지는 옥수수와 액체 배지로 이루어지거나, 쌀, 누에고치 번데기 및 액체 배지로 이루어지고, 수분 함량 50 내지 70 %, 상대습도 80 내지 95 %, 분위기 온도 15 내지 25 ℃ 및 광도 700 내지 1200 럭스가 되고,
상기 균사체를 얻는 액체 배지는 MgSO₄·7H₂O, KH₂PO₄, K₂HPO₄, 효모 추출물, 펩톤 및 덱스트로오스로 이루어지거나 또는 효모 추출물, 덱스트로오스, 에비오스 및 하이포넥스로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하고 상기 균사체를 얻는 고형 배지는 쌀, 감자, 옥수수 및 누에고치 번데기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나 및 액체 배지로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 보존제 및 선도유지제 기능을 가지는 동충하초의 배양 방법. - 청구항 1항에 있어서, 상기 균사체 또는 자실체로부터 얻어진 추출물이 유산균에 의하여 발효가 되는 단계를 더 포함하는 천연 보존제 및 선도유지제 기능을 가지는 동충하초의 배양 방법.
- 액체 배지, 고형 배지 또는 충체에서 배양된 균사체 또는 자실체로부터 추출되고, 2.0 내지 8.0 wt%의 수분, 2.0 내지 3.5 wt%의 조지방, 30 내지 50 wt%의 조단백, 5.0 내지 8.0 wt%의 조회분과 같은 추출 성분; 및
셀룰로오즈, 펙틴, 카리기난, 녹말, 단백질, 효소 또는 키토산을 포함하는 첨가물로 이루어지고,
선도 유지 또는 천연 항균 보존을 위하여 과채류에 살포되거나 또는 식품에 첨가되는 동충하초 천연 복합물. - 동충하초로부터 추출되고, 2.0 내지 8.0 wt%의 수분, 2.0 내지 3.5 wt%의 조지방, 30 내지 50 wt%의 조단백, 5.0 내지 8.0 wt%의 조회분을 포함하는 기초재; 및
항균 효과를 높이기 위한 녹차, 마늘, 코코넛, 포도 또는 한약재와 같은 첨가제를 포함하는 동충하초를 포함하는 동충하초 천연 복합물.
