Abstract
[해결수단] 폴리비닐알코올계 수지 필름으로부터 편광 필름을 제조하는 방법으로서, 상기 폴리비닐알코올계 수지 필름을 이색성 색소로 염색 처리하는 염색 공정과, 상기 염색 공정 후의 상기 폴리비닐알코올계 수지 필름을 가교제로 가교 처리하는 가교 공정과, 상기 가교 공정 후의 상기 폴리비닐알코올계 수지 필름에, 적외선을 포함하는 전자파를 조사하는 전자파 조사 공정과, 상기 전자파를 조사한 후의 상기 폴리비닐알코올계 수지 필름을 절대습도 80 g/㎥ 이상의 분위기에 노출하는 고습 처리 공정을 포함하는 편광 필름의 제조 방법.

Claims (6)
- 폴리비닐알코올계 수지 필름으로부터 편광 필름을 제조하는 방법으로서,
상기 폴리비닐알코올계 수지 필름을 이색성 색소로 염색 처리하는 염색 공정과,
상기 염색 공정 후의 상기 폴리비닐알코올계 수지 필름을 가교제로 가교 처리하는 가교 공정과,
상기 가교 공정 후의 상기 폴리비닐알코올계 수지 필름에, 적외선을 포함하는 전자파를 조사하는 전자파 조사 공정과,
상기 전자파를 조사한 후의 상기 폴리비닐알코올계 수지 필름을 절대습도 80 g/㎥ 이상의 분위기에 노출하는 고습 처리 공정을 포함하는 편광 필름의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전자파 조사 공정과 상기 고습 처리 공정의 사이에, 상기 폴리비닐알코올계 수지 필름을 세정하는 세정 공정을 더 포함하는 편광 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전자파 조사 공정에 있어서, 상기 전자파는, 2 ㎛ 초과 4 ㎛ 이하의 파장의 적외선의 방사 에너지의 비율이 전체 방사 에너지의 25% 이상인 편광 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전자파 조사 공정에 있어서, 상기 전자파의 조사 열량은, 상기 폴리비닐알코올계 수지 필름의 단위체적당 100 J/㎤ 이상 50 kJ/㎤ 이하인 편광 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 고습 처리 공정에 있어서, 상기 폴리비닐알코올계 수지 필름을 1.04∼1.2배로 일축 연신하는 편광 필름의 제조 방법.
- 폴리비닐알코올계 수지 필름으로부터 편광 필름을 제조하는 제조 장치로서,
상기 폴리비닐알코올계 수지 필름을 이색성 색소로 염색 처리하는 염색부와,
상기 염색 처리 후의 상기 폴리비닐알코올계 수지 필름을 가교제로 가교 처리하는 가교부와,
상기 가교 처리 후의 상기 폴리비닐알코올계 수지 필름에, 적외선을 포함하는 전자파를 조사하는 전자파 조사부와,
상기 전자파를 조사한 후의 상기 폴리비닐알코올계 수지 필름을 절대습도 80 g/㎥ 이상의 분위기에 노출하는 고습 처리부를 구비하는 편광 필름의 제조 장치.
