Claims (2)
- 좌우측으로 개방된 파이프 구조로 형성되어서, 일측의 유체유입관(11)을 통해 유체를 제공받음과 더불어 타측의 유체유출관(12)으로 유체가 유출되게 하는 오리피스(15)를 구비하여 이루어진 밸브바디(10); 및
상기 밸브바디(10)를 이루는 상기 오리피스(15)의 개방된 상면을 덮도록 형성되어 상기 오리피스(15)를 개폐하는 밸브시트(21)와, 코일(22)의 전자기력에 의한 코어(23)의 작동에 따라서 보빈(24) 내를 탄력적으로 승강 이동함과 더불어 하단은 상기 밸브시트(21)의 상면에 결합되는 플런저(25)를 구비하여 이루어진 솔레노이드부(20);를 포함하여 구성되되,
상기 플런저(25)를 자성체로 이루어지게 함으로써, 솔레노이드부(20)와 밸브바디(10)를 서로 결합시키는 브라켓을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 플런저를 가진 직동식 솔레노이드 밸브. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 플런저(25)와 상기 브라켓 사이에 개재된 슬리브가 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 플런저를 가진 직동식 솔레노이드 밸브.
