도 5는 본 실시예에 따른 표시장치의 표시패널을 나타낸 사시도이다.
도 6은 본 실시예에 따른 백라이트 유닛 및 표시패널을 합착한 표시장치를 나타낸 사시도이다.
도 7은 비교예에 따른 표시장치를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 8 내지 도 10은 본 실시예에 따른 표시장치의 제조방법을 개략적으로 나타낸 도면이다.

Claims (16)
- 유리로 구성되는 제 1 기판;
상기 제 1 기판의 적어도 일 면에 대응되는 위치에 배치되는 광원;
상기 제 1 기판 상에 배치되는 제 1 저굴절 레진층;
상기 제 1 저굴절 레진층에 배치되는 제 1 편광층;
상기 편광층 상에 배치되는 액정층;
상기 액정층 상에 배치되고, 복수의 데이터라인 및 복수의 게이트라인을 구비하는 제 2 기판; 및
상기 제 2 기판 상에 배치되는 제 2 편광층;을 포함하는 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 기판의 배면에 배치되는 제 2 저굴절 레진층과 상기 제 2 저굴절 레진층 배면에 배치되는 반사층을 더 포함하는 표시장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 저굴절 레진층 및 제 2 저굴절 레진층의 굴절률은 1 내지 1.41인 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 편광층은 접착소재와 복수의 나노 와이어를 포함하는 표시장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 접착소재의 굴절률은 1 내지 1.41인 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 기판과 액정층 사이에 배치되는 컬러필터층을 더 포함하는 표시장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 액정층과 상기 컬러필터층 사이 및 상기 액정층과 제 1 편광층 사이에 배치되는 배향막을 더 포함하는 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 기판 상에 배치되는 제 2 편광층을 더 포함하는 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 기판의 두께는 제 2 기판의 두께보다 두꺼운 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 기판은 도광판 역할을 하는 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 기판의 적어도 일면에 복수의 돌출부가 구비되는 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 기판의 측단부터 제 2 기판의 측단까지 배치되는 실링재를 더 포함하는 표시장치.
- 유리로 구성되는 제 1 기판을 마련하는 단계;
상기 제 1 기판의 적어도 일 면과 대응되는 영역에 광원을 배치하는 단계;
상기 제 1 기판 상에 제 1 저굴절 레진층을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 제 1 저굴절 레진층 상에 표시패널을 부착하는 단계;를 포함하는 표시장치 제조방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 표시패널을 형성하는 단계는,
제 2 기판 상에 복수의 데이터라인 및 복수의 게이트라인을 형성하는 단계;
상기 복수의 데이터라인 및 복수의 게이트라인을 구비하는 제 2 기판 상에 컬러필터층을 형성하는 단계;
상기 컬러필터층 상에 접착부재를 포함하는 편광층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 표시장치 제조방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 저굴절 레진층 상에 표시패널을 부착하는 단계는,
상기 표시패널을 상하 반전시켜 상기 제 1 저굴절 레진층 상에 상기 표시패널의 편광층을 부착하는 표시장치 제조방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서,
상기 표시패널을 부착하는 단계 이후,
상기 제 1 기판의 측단부터 제 2 기판의 측단까지 실링재를 형성하는 단계; 및상기 제 1 기판과 제 2 기판 사이에 액정층을 주입하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 표시장치 제조방법.
