Claims (4)
- 식자재가 투입되는 투입부가 형성된 본체;
상기 본체의 투입부에 구비되어 식자재의 일면을 고정지지하는 제1 홀딩부재와, 식자재의 타면을 고정지지하는 제2 홀딩부재를 함하는 홀딩유닛;
상기 본체에 힌지결합되는 힌지부재와, 투입되는 식자재의 일단면을 커팅하는 칼날을 포함하여 상기 힌지부재를 기준으로 회동하여 식자재의 알단면을 커팅하는 커팅유닛;
상기 커팅유닛에 구비되어 상기 투입되는 식자재의 일단면을 지지하는 스토퍼;
를 포함하여 이루어지되,
상기 스토퍼는 상기 커팅유닛 하부에 위치하고, 상기 커팅유닛의 동작에 연동되어, 상기 커팅유닛이 상기 식자재의 일단면을 자르기 전까지 식자재의 일단면을 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식자재 커팅기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 스토퍼는
상기 커팅유닛에 결합되는 한 쌍의 지지다리와, 상기 한 쌍의 지지다리를 서로 연결하여 상기 커팅유닛과 나란하게 위치하는 스토핑바를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 식자재 커팅기. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 커팅유닛과 스토퍼의 지지다리는 고정볼트에 의해 결합되되,
상기 지지다리에는
상기 고정볼트가 결합되는 복수개의 높이조절공이 구비되어, 식자재의 크기에 따라 상기 복수개의 높이조절공 중 어느 하나를 선택하여 고정볼트를 결합함으로서 스토핑바의 높이를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식자재 커팅기. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 홀딩유닛의 제1 홀딩부재는
상기 식자재가 놓여지는 바닥부와, 상기 바닥부 일측에 절곡 형성되어 식자재의 일면을 지지하는 경사받침부를 포함하고,
상기 홀딩유닛의 제2 홀딩부재는
상기 본체에 구비되어 상기 경사받침부 상면 일부에 위치하는 지지부와, 이 지지부에서 절곡 형성되어 상기 식자재의 타면을 지지하는 수직받침부로 이루어지되,
상기 경사받침부는 상기 바닥부로부터 사선방향으로 경사지게 구비되며,
상기 제1 홀딩부재는 상기 본체의 길이방향으로 수평이동하도록 이루어지고,
상기 제2 홀딩부재는
상기 제2 홀딩부재의 전단을 기준으로 후단이 회동운동하도록 이루어져 투입부의 폭을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식자재 커팅기.
