도9는 또다른 실시예를 도시한다. 도9에는 날개부(35)가 도시되는데 날개부는 밑판의 옆쪽으로 (측면부와 연결부가 연결되지 않는 쪽으로) 형성되는데 1개 혹은 두 개의 날개부(35)가 형성되며 날개부(35)에는 밑판에 형성된 수용홈(12)과 같은 수의 컵지지부(34)가 형성이 된다. 통상 컵은 바닥부터 상단부까지 조금씩 크기가 커지는 형태인 경우가 많은데 수용홈(12)과 크기가 맞지 않으면 수용홈(12)이 컵의 아래쪽에 위치하게 되는 경우가 있다. 혹은 컵에 든 내용물 때문에 많이 흔들릴 것 같은 경우 날개부(35)를 접어서 컵의 위쪽에 끼운다. 좀더 단단히 고정시킬 필요가 있을때에는 날개부(35)를 도9와 같이 두 개 형성하여 컵위쪽에 씌우게 되면 컵지지부(34)에 의하여 컵이 고정되기 때문에 컵이 좌우로 흔들리지 않게 된다. 사용후 재활용 가능한 테이크 아웃용 음료 홀더로서,
판형태의 밑판(11)의 내부에는 한 개이상의 구멍형태의 수용홈(12)이 형성되고 밑판(11)의 양옆으로는 측면부(14)가 형성이 되며 측면부의 타측으로는 제1손잡이부(15)와 제2손잡이부(16)가 형성이 되며
제1손잡이부(15)의 안쪽에는 구멍형태의 제1결합공(17)이 형성이 되며 제2손잡이부(16)에는 구멍형태의 제2결합공(18)이 형성이 되며 제2손잡이부(16)의 측면으로 제1손잡이부(15)와 제2손잡이부(16)를 결합하기 위한 제1결합부(19), 제2결합부(20),제3결합부(21)가 차례로 형성이 되어 맞닿은 제1결합공(17)과 제2결합공(18)사이로 제3결합부(21)를 밀어 넣을 수 있도록 접어 전체적으로 결합이 형성되도록 하며
측면부(14)에는 사용후 떼어내서 사용할 수 있는 전개도가 인쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는,
