Abstract
Description
도 2와 도 3은 본 발명에 따른 포장재로 별도의 충격 흡수 완충재 사용없이 1장의 포장재로서 접어 물품을 간단하게 자체 접착 밀봉시키거나 또는 물품을 중심으로 상하 일정 압력으로 가압시켜 압착 밀봉시키는 사용상태도.
도 4a 및 도 4b는 본 발명의 자체 접착 밀봉 및 충격 흡수기능을 갖는 포장재 제조방법의 접착제를 사용하여 형성되는 포장재의 성분이 환경 위해요소가 불검출된 결과의 시험성적서.

Claims (3)
- 친화경적이면서 접착제로서의 응집력 및 접착력이 우수한 폴리이소프렌(Polyisoprene)과 에틸렌비닐에세테이트(EVA : Ethylene Vinyl Acetate)의 혼합으로 만들어진 천연 라텍스 성분의 수성 접착제가 외부 노출되는 접착면(24)이 도포 코팅된 주름 형태로 판지골(22)이 곡면 요철된 골판지 형태의 접착지(20)가 형성되고, 상기 접착지(20)의 접착면(24) 반대쪽인 외부 노출되지 않는 접합면(26)에는 통상의 밋밋한 이면지(10)가 접합되어 일체 구조로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자체 접착 밀봉 및 충격 흡수기능을 갖는 포장재.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 접착지(20)의 접착면(24)에 도포 코팅되는 수성 접착제는 접착제로서 응집력 및 접착력이 최적 상태로 유지될 수 있도록 폴리이소프렌(Polyisoprene)과 EVA(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate)이 80 : 20의 혼합비율로 합성됨을 특징으로 하는 자체 접착 밀봉 및 충격 흡수기능을 갖는 포장재. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 EVA(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate)은 초산비닐(Vinyl Acetate Monomer) 70~80wt%, 에틸렌 모노머(Ethylene Monomer) 10~20wt%, 폴리비닐알코올(PVA : Poly vinyl Alcohol) 10~20wt%가 혼합되어 합성하는 유탁액(Emulsion) 타입의 수지로 합성됨에 특징으로 하는 자체 접착 밀봉 및 충격 흡수기능을 갖는 포장재.
