도 2는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 가스실링 방식을 이용한 합성장치를 정면에서 도시한 정면도이다.
Claims (3)
- 수직형 합성장치에 관한 것으로서,
합성장치의 상부에서 촉매를 포함하는 원재료와 운반가스가 공급되고, 합성장치의 가열영역에서 탄소나노튜브의 합성이 이루어지며, 합성이 완료된 탄소나노튜브를 합성장치의 하부의 개방된 배출구를 통해 배출되고,
개방된 배출구의 주변에 질소커튼이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스실링 방식을 이용한 합성장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 질소커튼은 수직하방향, 경사진 하방향 또는 수평방향으로 형성될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스실링 방식을 이용한 합성장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
질소커튼을 대신하여 아르곤 가스와 같은 불활성 가스를 사용한 불활성가스커튼이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스실링 방식을 이용한 합성장치.
