Claims (10)
- 특히 풍력 터빈들에서, 지지 구조물에 고정될 수 있는 본체(1), 및 케이블들의 삽입을 위한 개구를 가진 케이블 홀더(11)들을 가지며, 상기 개구는 커버 디바이스(45)에 의해 밀봉될 수 있는, 케이블들을 위한 고정 시스템에 있어서,
상기 케이블 홀더(11)들은 상기 본체(1) 상에 장착될 수 있고 상기 케이블 홀더들의 개구들과 함께 외측에서, 링의 적어도 일부 위로 연장하는 배열에서 상기 본체(1) 상에 배치되는 부품들의 형태로 제공되며, 상기 커버 디바이스는 유지 요소(45)들을 가지며, 상기 유지 요소들에 의해, 상기 각각의 케이블 홀더(11)들의 개구는 상기 삽입된 케이블들을 고정하기 위하여 차단될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 케이블들을 위한 고정 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 커버 디바이스는, 상기 본체 상의 케이블 홀더(11)들의 배열을 둘러싸고 상기 유지 디바이스(45)들을 고정하는 밴드 클램프(39)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 케이블들을 위한 고정 시스템. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 본체(1)는 상기 지지 구조물 상에 정착시키기 위한 부착 지점(7, 9)들을 형성하는 단부 섹션(5)들 사이에 위치되는 강제 밴드(3)를 포함하며, 상기 강제 밴드(3)는 바람직하게 원형 링을 형성하는 원호의 일부로서 연장하고, 상기 케이블 홀더(11)들의 열은 원형 링을 따라서 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 케이블들을 위한 고정 시스템. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 원호의 내부를 통해 연장하는 축의 형태로 크로스-부재(31)가 제공되며, 상기 크로스-부재는, 정착 부위들로 역할하는 단부 섹션(5)들과 상기 케이블 홀더(11)들의 열의 각각의 단부 사이의 양측부들에서 상기 원호의 밴드(3)를 관통하여 바깥으로 돌출하며, 상기 크로스-부재(31)의 돌출 단부(35)들은 상기 밴드 클램프(39)를 위한 적용 지점(37)을 각각 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 케이블들을 위한 고정 시스템. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 크로스-부재는 강제 로드(31)에 의해 형성되고, 상기 강제 로드의 단면은 직사각형이며, 상기 원호의 원주 방향으로 연장하는 상기 강제 로드의 긴 측부는 상기 브래킷 밴드(3) 원호에 있는 슬롯(33)을 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 케이블들을 위한 고정 시스템. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
각각의 케이블 홀더(11)는 상기 본체(1)의 밴드(3)와 개별적으로 연결될 수 있고, 구유 형상의 케이블 가이드(47)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 케이블들을 위한 고정 시스템. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 케이블 홀더(11)들은 상기 밴드(3) 상에 설치를 위하여 상기 밴드(3)의 곡률에 대응하는 만곡된 베이스(17)를 가지며, 상기 본체(1) 상에 상기 케이블 홀더(11)들을 고정하는 캐치 메커니즘(13, 15)이 상기 만곡된 베이스와 상기 밴드(3) 사이에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 케이블들을 위한 고정 시스템. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 케이블 홀더(11)들은 위치선정 피팅(23)들 사이에 배치되고, 상기 위치선정 피팅들은 연달아서 상기 원형의 아치형 밴드(3)의 원주 방향으로 방사상으로 연장하고 가이드 채널들과 결합하고, 상기 가이드 채널들은 끼워 맞춰지는 방식으로 상기 케이블 홀더(11)들의 측벽(19)들에 있는 요홈부(21)들에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 케이블들을 위한 고정 시스템. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 유지 디바이스(45)들은, 상기 유지 디바이스(45)들이 상기 개구로부터 멀리 회전될 수 있는 삽입 위치와 상기 삽입된 케이블들을 고정하는 예비 체결 위치 사이에서 이동할 수 있는 방식으로 상기 케이블 홀더(11)들의 구유 형상 케이블 가이드들(47)의 개구의 가장자리 상에 선회 가능하게 장착되며, 상기 예비 체결 위치에서 상기 케이블 홀더(11)들을 고정하는 록킹 디바이스(57, 59)가 상기 케이블 홀더(11)들과 상기 유지 디바이스(45)들 사이에 예비 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 케이블들을 위한 고정 시스템. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 유지 디바이스(45)들은, 상기 케이블 홀더(11) 상에 힌지 연결되고 그 상부측에 상기 밴드 클램프(39)를 위한 지지면을 형성하는 커버 부재(49), 뿐만 아니라 상기 커버 부재(49) 상의 변위 가능한 클램핑 부재(51)를 가지며, 상기 변위 가능한 클램핑 부재는 스프링 배열(67)에 의해 수용될 상기 케이블의 방향으로 유지력을 바람직하게 작용시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 케이블들을 위한 고정 시스템.
