Claims (12)
- 저장탱크;
상기 저장탱크의 증발가스를 압축하여 수요처로 전달하는 압축기; 및
상기 수요처의 배기에서 수분을 제거하는 개질기를 포함하며,
상기 개질기는,
상기 압축된 증발가스를 이용하여 상기 배기에서 수분을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 증발가스 처리 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 증발가스는, 메탄(CH4)을 포함하며,
상기 개질기는, 수분(H2O)과 상기 메탄(CH4)의 화학반응으로 상기 배기의 수분을 일산화탄소와 수소로 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 증발가스 처리 시스템. - 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 개질기는,
하기 화학식에 따른 화학반응을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 증발가스 처리 시스템.
[화학식] H2O + CH4 -> CO + 3H2 - 제 2 항에 있어서,
수분이 제거된 상기 배기에서 상기 수소를 분리하는 분리기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 증발가스 처리 시스템. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 분리기를 거친 상기 배기에 포함된 질소산화물을 환원시켜 상기 배기를 정화시키는 환원기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 증발가스 처리 시스템. - 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 환원기는,
암모니아를 이용하여 하기 화학식에 따른 화학반응을 통해 상기 배기를 정화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 증발가스 처리 시스템.
[화학식] 4NO + 4NH3 + O2 4N2 + 6H2O - 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 환원기는,
상기 증발가스를 이용하여 하기 화학식에 따른 화학반응을 통해 상기 배기를 정화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 증발가스 처리 시스템.
[화학식] 2NO + CH4 + O2 -> N2 + CO2 + 2H2O - 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 환원기는,
상기 일산화탄소를 이용하여 하기 화학식에 따른 화학반응을 통해 상기 배기를 정화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 증발가스 처리 시스템.
[화학식] 2NO + 2CO -> N2 + 2CO2 - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 저장탱크에서 상기 수요처까지 연결되는 증발가스 공급라인;
상기 증발가스 공급라인에서 분기되어 상기 개질기 및 상기 정화기 중 적어도 상기 개질기에 연결되는 증발가스 분기라인; 및
상기 수요처에서 상기 개질기, 상기 분리기 및 상기 환원기에 연결되는 배기라인을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 증발가스 처리 시스템. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 배기라인에서 상기 개질기를 우회하도록 마련되는 우회라인을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 증발가스 처리 시스템. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 분리기에서 상기 수요처로 연결되어 상기 분리기에서 분리된 상기 수소를 상기 수요처로 전달하는 수소 전달라인을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 증발가스 처리 시스템. - 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항의 상기 증발가스 처리 시스템을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박.
