Claims (7)
- 하나 이상의 용적형 펌프 및 하나 이상의 차단 부재를 갖는 액체용 라인 시스템에서, 특히 액체 플라스틱 성분의 적어도 대체로 등압 계량(isobaric metering)에서, 누출 손실을 보상하기 위한 방법으로서,
상기 라인 시스템(14) 내의 실제 액체 압력(18)이 압력 측정 장치(17)에 의해 확인되고, 차단 부재(16)가 폐쇄된 상태에서 용적형 펌프(15)의 작동에 의해 압력 목표값(20)으로 조절되는,
누출 손실의 보상 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 차단 부재(16)가 폐쇄된 경우에 상기 압력 목표값(20)을 계속 유지하게 되는 상기 용적형 펌프(15)의 운반 손실률(Qv)이, 대응하는 상기 압력 목표값(20)에서 발생되는 상기 누출 손실을 보상하기 위해, 목표 전달 속도(Qs)에 가산되는,
누출 손실의 보상 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
회전식 용적형 기계, 특히 기어식 펌프가 상기 용적형 펌프(15)로서 사용되는,
누출 손실의 보상 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 라인 시스템(14)은 적어도 상기 용적형 펌프(15)와 상기 차단 부재(16) 사이에서 적어도 대체로 일정한 체적을 갖는,
누출 손실의 보상 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 액체의 요변성 유동(thixotropic flow) 거동을 보상하기 위해, 상기 차단 부재(16)가 폐쇄된 상태의 상기 압력 목표값(20)은 상기 차단 부재가 개방된 상태의 운반 작동 중의 상기 압력 목표값에 비해 증가되는,
누출 손실의 보상 방법. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 압력 목표값(20)을 상승 및/또는 하강시키기 위한 조절은 PT1 요소의 방식으로 시간의 함수로서 실시되는,
누출 손실의 보상 방법. - 특히 액체 플라스틱 성분을 계량하기 위해, 특히 단위 시간 당 소정의 체적의 액체의 등압 운반을 위한 컨베이어 시스템으로서,
라인 시스템(14)을 포함하고, 상기 라인 시스템(14)은 하나 이상의 용적형 펌프(15) 및 하나 이상의 차단 부재(16) 뿐만 아니라 상기 라인 시스템(14) 내의 실제 액체 압력(18)을 확인하는 압력 측정 장치(17) 및 확인된 상기 실제 액체 압력의 함수로써 상기 용적형 펌프(15) 상에 작용하는 제어 시스템을 갖고, 상기 라인 시스템(14) 내에 목표 액체 압력(20)을 유지하도록 폐쇄되는 상기 차단 부재(16)를 구비하는 상기 용적형 펌프(15)의 운반 손실률(Qv)을 결정하기 위한 수단 및 상기 차단 부재가 개방된 상태에서 목표 전달 속도(Qs)에 상기 운반 손실률(Qv)을 가산하기 위한 수단을 포함하는,
