Claims (7)
- 전자파 차폐능을 가진 전자파 차폐재로서,
탄소 모재(A); 상기 탄소 모재(A)의 내부 혹은 외부 또는 내외부에 분산된 금속 입자(B); 및 상기 금속 입자(B)의 표면을 코팅하는 탄소층(C)을 포함하여 형성되어, 내열성 및 내구성이 향상된 전자파 차폐재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 금속은 Co, Fe, Ni, Dy, Cr, Gd, Eu, 및 이들의 산화물 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상이거나, 상기 Co, Fe, Ni, Dy, Cr, Gd, Eu 중의 하나 이상에 Mn, Mg, Cu, Ba, Y, Pt, Tb, Si, Al, B, Ti, Nb, Zr, Zn, Ba 중 하나 이상의 금속이 결합된 것임을 특징으로 하는 탄소 모재에 분산된 금속입자의 표면이 탄소층으로 코팅된 전자파 차폐재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 탄소 모재(A)는 탄소 섬유, 탄소나노튜브, 흑연, 그래핀, 그래핀 나노플레이트 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자파 차폐재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 탄소 모재(A)는 산처리, 도핑처리, 플라즈마, 마이크로웨이브, 화학증착 중 하나 이상의 방법으로 표면 개질된 그래핀옥사이드 인 것임을 특징으로 하는 전자파 차폐재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 금속 입자(B)를 코팅하는 탄소체의 두께는 2 내지 10 nm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자파 차폐재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 금속 입자(B)는 Fe, Fe3O4, γ-Fe2O3, Co, Co3O4, Ni, NiO, CoFe2O4, NiFe2O4, CuFe2O4, MnFe2O4, MgFe2O4, BaFe12O19 중에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자파 차폐재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 금속 입자(B)는 iron(Ⅲ) acetylactonate, cobalt(Ⅱ) acetylacetonate, nickel(Ⅱ) acetylacetonate, manganese(Ⅱ) acetylacetonate, magnesium(Ⅱ) acetylacetonate, bis cyclopentadienyl iron(Ⅱ), bis cyclopentadienyl cobalt(Ⅱ), bis cyclopentadienyl nickel(Ⅱ), bis cyclopentadienyl magnesium(Ⅱ), bis cyclopentadienyl manganese(Ⅱ) 의 금속 킬레이트군, iron(Ⅲ) nitrate, cobalt(Ⅱ) nitrate, nickel(Ⅱ) nitrate, manganese(Ⅱ) nitrate, magnesium(Ⅱ) nitrate 의 금속 나이트라이트군, iron(Ⅲ) chloride, cobalt(Ⅱ) chloride, nickel(Ⅱ) chloride, manganese(Ⅱ) chloride, magnesium(Ⅱ) chloride 의 금속 클로라이드군, iron carbonyl, cobalt carbonyl, nickel carbonyl, manganese carbonyl의 금속카보닐군, iron(Ⅲ) cupferronate, cobalt(Ⅱ) cupferronate, nickel(Ⅱ) cupferronate, manganese(Ⅱ) cupferronate, magnesium(Ⅱ) cupferronate의 금속 cupferronate군에서 선택된 하나 이상을 소성하여 생성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 전자파 차폐재.
