Claims (5)
- 희석제와 폴리올레핀 수지를 압출기로 혼련하고, 상기 희석제가 혼련된 수지를 구금으로부터 시트상으로 토출하고, 상기 구금으로부터 토출된 시트를 1개 또는 복수의 냉각 드럼 상에서 냉각하여 고화한 후, 상기 고화된 시트를 다시 가열하여 복수의 롤러에 의해 상기 시트의 반송방향으로 연신하고, 상기 시트의 반송방향으로 연신된 상기 시트를 냉각한 후에 상기 시트 양단을 클립으로 파지하여 텐터에 도입하고, 그 후, 상기 희석제를 세정하는 1축 또는 2축 연신 미다공 플라스틱 필름의 제조 방법에 있어서,
상기 복수의 롤러 중 적어도 1개 이상의 롤러에 상기 롤러와의 사이에서 상기 시트를 끼워 누르는 닙 롤러를 구비하고, 상기 닙 롤러를 모터에 의해 구동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 미다공 플라스틱 필름의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 롤러에 의해 시트의 반송방향으로 연신하는 공정보다 반송방향 상류에서 시트를 복수의 롤러에 의해 가열하는 공정에서, 이들 복수의 가열용 롤러 중 적어도 1개 이상의 롤러에, 이 롤러와의 사이에 시트를 끼워 누르는 닙 롤러를 구비하고, 이 닙 롤러를 모터에 의해 구동시키는 미다공 플라스틱 필름의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 미다공 플라스틱 필름의 제조 방법으로 제조된 미다공 플라스틱 필름.
- 제 3 항에 기재된 미다공 플라스틱 필름을 사용한 전지용 세퍼레이터.
- 제 4 항에 기재된 전지용 세퍼레이터를 사용한 전지.
