도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 와류 방지부를 도시한 사시이다.

90 : 차압 측정부 100 : 유체순환라인
Claims (3)
- 물이 저장되는 유체저장탱크;
상기 유체저장탱크의 물을 유체순환라인을 따라 순환시키는 순환 펌프;
상기 유체순환라인 상에 설치되어 유체의 압력과 온도를 측정하는 유체 상태 측정부;
상기 유체순환라인에 수도미터를 연결할 수 있도록 상기 유체순환라인 상에 설치되는 수도미터 장착부;
상기 수도미터를 통과하여 상기 유체저장탱크로 순환하는 유체의 유량을 측정하는 유량계;
상기 유체순환라인 상에 설치되어 상기 유체순환라인의 개방을 조절하는 컨트롤 밸브; 및
상기 수도미터 장착부의 양측에 위치하도록 상기 유체순환라인 상에 각각 설치되어 와류 발생을 방지하는 와류 방지부;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동식 수도미터 성능 검사장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 순환 펌프를 통해 이송되는 유체의 유량을 저감시킬 수 있도록 상기 유체저장탱크와 상기 유체순환라인을 연결하며, 상기 유체순환라인의 유체를 상기 유체저장탱크에 선택적으로 이송시키는 유량저감라인;을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동식 수도미터 성능 검사장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 와류 방지부는, 상기 유체순환라인에 연결되는 메인배관; 및
상기 메인배관을 분할하도록 상기 메인배관의 내부에 결합되는 복수의 미세배관;
을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동식 수도미터 성능 검사장치.
