Claims (17)
- 적어도 하나의 벽(3a, 3b, 3c)으로 둘러싸이고 내부에 가소화 실린더(2)가 배치될 수 있는 긴 내부 공간(4)을 갖는, 성형 기계용 가소화 실린더(2)의 보호 커버(1)에 있어서, 상기 가소화 실린더(2) 상에 배치된 가열 스트립(6)을 위한 터미널 박스(5)는 상기 내부 공간(4) 내로 돌출되고, 그리고 상기 보호 커버(1)의 상기 벽(3a, 3b, 3c) 중 하나는, 개방 가능한 커버 부재(7)에 의하여 폐쇄되며 개방된 조건에서 상기 터미널 박스(5) 또는 상기 터미널 박스(5)의 내부로의 접근을 허용하는 개구(8)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호 커버.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 터미널 박스(5)는 장착된 조건에서 상기 가소화 실린더(2) 쪽을 향하며 상기 내부 공간(4)의 길이 방향으로 연장되고 오목한 구조인 측부(9)를 갖는 보호 커버.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가소화 실린더(2)의 중심축으로부터 상기 보호 커버(1)의 측벽(3a, 3b) 또는 적어도 하나의 벽(3a, 3b, 3c)의 측부의 간격(Y)과 상기 가소화 실린더(2)의 외부 반경(R) 간의 비율은 약 3 내지 약 1.1의 범위(Y/R) -바람직하게는 약 2.5 내지 약 1.4의 범위(Y/R)- 내에, 바람직하게는 1.6 이하인 보호 커버.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 적어도 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가열 스트립(6)을 위한 제어부 및/또는 전력 전자 수단(power electronic means)은 상기 보호 커버(1)의 내부 공간(4) 내에, 바람직하게는 상기 터미널 박스(5) 내에 배치된 보호 커버.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 적어도 한 항에 있어서, 상기 개방 가능한 커버 부재(7)는 상기 터미널 박스(5)의 커버 부재 형태인 보호 커버.
- 제5항에 있어서, 터미널 박스(5)가 상기 커버 부재를 제외하고 상기 내부 공간(4) 내에 완전하게 배치되도록 상기 터미널 박스(5)의 커버 부재는 동일 평면 관계(flush relationship)로 개구(8)를 갖는 벽(3a, 3b, 3c)에 인접하는 보호 커버.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 적어도 한 항에 있어서, 플러깅 방향(plugging direction)이 상기 보호 커버(1)의 개구(8)를 갖는 벽(3a, 3b, 3c)에 평행하게 연장하도록 상기 터미널 박스(5)의 인터페이스 플러그가 배치되는 보호 커버.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 적어도 한 항에 있어서, 상기 개구(8)는 상기 보호 커버(1)의 한 측벽(3a, 3b) 또는 상기 적어도 하나의 벽(3a, 3b, 3c)의 측 부분에 배치된 보호 커버.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 적어도 한 항에 있어서, 상기 터미널 박스(5)를 위한 냉각 장치가 제공된 보호 커버.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 적어도 한 항에 따른 보호 커버(1) 및 상기 보호 커버(1)의 내부 공간(4) 내에 가소화 실린더(2)를 갖는 성형 기계용 가소화 유닛.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 터미널 박스(5)를 상기 가열 스트립(6)에 연결하는 케이블 런(cable run)은 상기 가소화 실린더(2) 위에 배치된 가소화 유닛.
- 제10항 및 제11항 중 적어도 한 항에 있어서, 노즐 가열 스트립 및 관련 온도 센서는 플러그 연결을 통하여 상기 터미널 박스(5)에 연결된 가소화 유닛.
- 제10항 내지 제12항 중 적어도 한 항에 있어서, 상기 터미널 박스(5)는 센서 또는 데이터 버스의 연결을 위한 적어도 하나의 정보 인터페이스를 갖는 가소화 유닛.
- 제10항 내지 제13항 중 적어도 한 항에 있어서, 상기 터미널 박스(5)는 상기 가열 스트립(6) 및 상기 가소화 실린더(2)와 열적으로 차단되거나 분리된 가소화 유닛.
- 제10항 내지 제14항 중 적어도 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가소화 유닛은 가소화 실린더 지지부(10) 및 추가의 지지부(11)를 갖는 가소화 유닛.
- 제10항 내지 제15항 중 적어도 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가소화 유닛은 작업자를 위한 디스플레이 수단 및/또는 인터페이스를 갖는 가소화 유닛.
- 제10항 내지 제16항 중 적어도 한 항에 따른 가소화 유닛을 갖는 성형 기계, 특히 사출성형기.
