Abstract
Description
도 2는 제 1의 대안적인 형태에 따른 보강 요소의 그리고 도 1의 주름형 시트의 주름을 단면으로 도시한 도면이다.
도 3 내지 도 9는 보강 요소의 여러 가지 대안적인 형태를 도시한 도면이다.
도 10 및 도 11은 보강 요소의 다른 형태를 단면으로 도시한 도면이다.
도 12는 도 1의 시트를 평면으로 도시한 것으로서, 주름 교차부의 위치에서 그리고 주름 아래쪽의 크립핑(clipping)에 의해서 고정되는 보강 요소의 부분적인 단면을 도시한 도면이다.
도 13은 동시에 몇 개의 주름 아래쪽에 위치하도록 의도된 보강 요소를 도시한 도면이다.
도 14는 서로 협력하는 2개의 보강 요소를 도시한 분해도이다.
Claims (16)
- 액체밀봉 탱크로서, 상기 탱크의 하나 이상의 벽은 탱크 내에 수용된 제품과 접촉하는 액체밀봉 박막 및 상기 박막에 인접한 지지부를 포함하고, 상기 탱크 내에서 박막은 하나 이상의 주름(2, 3)을 가지는 하나 이상의 시트(1)를 포함하는, 액체밀봉 탱크에 있어서,
상기 박막과 상기 지지부 사이에서 주름 아래에 삽입된 보강 요소(5)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체밀봉 탱크.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 보강 요소는 내부 통로(9)를 구비하고, 상기 내부 통로는 주름과 지지부 사이에서 가스가 유동할 수 있게 허용하고, 보강 요소를 통과할 수 있게 허용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체밀봉 탱크.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
외부 통로는 가스가 주름과 지지부 사이에서 순환될 수 있게 허용하여, 보강 요소를 우회하게 허용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체밀봉 탱크.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 보강 요소가 합판, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리카보네이트, 유리섬유 보강형 폴리카보네이트, 폴리에테르 이미드 및 확장형 폴리스틸렌으로부터 선택된 물질로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체밀봉 탱크.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 보강 요소가 외측 봉입체(7)를 포함하고, 상기 봉입체의 형상이 주름의 형상에 실질적으로 상응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체밀봉 탱크.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 보강 요소는 상기 봉입체 내부에서 하나 이상의 보강 웨브(10)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체밀봉 탱크.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 탱크가 제품을 수용하고 있지 않을 때, 보강 요소와 주름 사이의 최소 거리가 주름 높이의 0% 내지 5%가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체밀봉 탱크.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 시트는 제 1의 일련의 상호 평행한 주름들(2) 및 상기 제 1의 일련의 주름들에 대해서 횡방향으로 연장하는 제 2의 일련의 상호 평행한 주름들(3)을 구비하고, 상기 보강 요소(5)가 제 1의 일련의 주름들(2)의 아래쪽에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체밀봉 탱크.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 보강 요소는 2개의 제 2의 일련의 주름들 사이의 거리에 상응하는 길이를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체밀봉 탱크.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 보강 요소가 박막에 대해서 그리고 지지부에 대해서 슬라이딩될 수 있도록 상기 보강 요소가 주름의 아래쪽에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체밀봉 탱크.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 보강 요소가 박막에 또는 지지부에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체밀봉 탱크.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 박막이 절개부(20)를 구비하고, 보강 요소가 상기 절개부에 클립핑되거나 또는 쐐기형태로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체밀봉 탱크.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
둘 이상의 보강 요소가 박막의 2개의 인접한 주름 아래쪽에 각각 배치되고, 상기 2개의 보강 요소 중 하나가 상기 2개의 보강 요소 중 다른 하나에 대한 단부 정지부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체밀봉 탱크.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
소정 한계치 이상의 응력을 받는 경우에 변형되거나 파괴될 수 있는 하나 이상의 취약 지점을 상기 보강 요소가 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체밀봉 탱크.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 주름과 반대쪽에서, 상기 박막이 지지부와 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체밀봉 탱크.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 탱크를 포함하는 부유식 구성물(floating construction).
