Claims (17)
- 내연기관의 배기가스 후처리 시스템(3)으로서, 촉매 컨버터(9)와, 이 촉매 컨버터(9)로 통하는 배기 가스 공급 라인(8)을 구비하는 것인 내연기관의 배기가스 후처리 시스템에 있어서,
배기 가스 공급 라인(8)은 하류 단부(15)에 의해, 촉매 컨버터(9)를 수용하는 리액터 챔버(10)로 개방되고, 리액터 챔버(10) 내에 배기가스 공급 라인(8)의 하류 단부(15)와 촉매 컨버터(9) 사이에서 촉매 컨버터(9) 상류에 배기가스 배압을 증가시키는 장치(25)가 위치 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 후처리 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서, 배기가스 후처리 시스템은, 배기가스 배출 라인(11)이 SCR 촉매 컨버터(9)로부터 멀어지게 연장되고, 환원제, 특히 암모니아 또는 암모니아 전구체를 배기가스 내로 유입하기 위한 유입 장치(16)가 배기가스 공급 라인(8)에 할당되며, SCR 촉매 컨버터(9)의 상류에서 배기가스를 환원제와 혼합하기 위해 유입 장치(16)의 하류에, 배기가스 공급 라인(8)에 의해 혼합 섹션(18)이 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 후처리 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 배기가스 배압을 증가시키는 장치(25)는, 촉매 컨버터(9)의 청정 흐름 단면의 최대 2배에 상응하는 청정 흐름 단면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 후처리 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 배기가스 배압을 증가시키는 장치(25)의 청정 흐름 단면은 촉매 컨버터(9)의 청정 흐름 단면의 최대 1배에 상응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 후처리 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 배기가스 배압을 증가시키는 장치(25)의 청정 흐름 단면은 촉매 컨버터(9)의 청정 흐름 단면의 최대 0.5배에 상응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 후처리 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 흐름 방향으로 봤을 때에 배기가스 배압을 증가시키는 장치(25)의 두께 또는 길이와, 흐름 방향으로 봤을 때에 촉매 컨버터(9)의 두께 또는 길이 간의 비는 적어도 1:50인 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 후처리 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서, 배기가스 배압을 증가시키는 장치(25)의 두께 또는 길이와 촉매 컨버터(9)의 두께 또는 길이 간의 비는 적어도 1:100에 이르는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 후처리 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서, 배기가스 배압을 증가시키는 장치(25)의 두께 또는 길이와 촉매 컨버터(9)의 두께 또는 길이 간의 비는 적어도 1:200에 이르는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 후처리 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 흐름 방향으로 봤을 때에 배기가스 배압을 증가시키는 장치(25)와 촉매 컨버터(9) 사이의 거리에 대응하는 거리와, 흐름 방향으로 봤을 때에 촉매 컨버터(9)의 두께 또는 길이 간의 비는 최대 2:1에 이르는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 후처리 시스템.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 거리와 촉매 컨버터(9)의 두께 또는 길이 간의 비는 최대 1:1에 이르는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 후처리 시스템.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 거리와 SCR 촉매 컨버터(9)의 두께 또는 길이 간의 비는 최대 1:2에 이르는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 후처리 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 배기가스 배압을 증가시키는 장치(25)는 그리드 구조로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 후처리 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 리액터 챔버(10) 내에서 배기가스 배압을 증가시키는 장치(25)와 촉매 컨버터(9) 사이에, 적어도 하나의 블로우 다운(blow-down) 장치(24)가 위치 설정되고, 블로우 다운 장치는 배기가스 배압을 증가시키는 장치(25)를 퍼지하거나 및/또는 촉매 컨버터(9)를 블로잉 클리어하는 역할을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 후처리 시스템.
- 제13항에 있어서, 블로우 다운 장치(24)는 흐름 방향에 대해 횡방향으로 연장되는 배기가스 배압을 증가시키는 장치(25) 및/또는 촉매 컨버터(9)의 표면 상에 와류 흐름 또는 소용돌이 흐름을 유발하도록 하는 방식으로 배향되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 후처리 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 배기가스 후처리 시스템(3)을 구비하는, 특히 경유 또는 중유로 작동되는 내연기관(1).
- 제15항에 있어서, 내연기관은 고압 터빈(6)을 포함하는 제1 배기가스 과급기(4) 및 저압 터빈(7)을 포함하는 제2 배기가스 과급기(5)를 구비하는 다단 배기가스 과급 시스템(2)을 포함하고, 배기가스 후처리 시스템(3)은 고압 터빈(6)과 저압 터빈(7)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관.
- 제15항 또는 제16항에 있어서, 단일단 과급형 내연기관의 경우, 배기가스 후처리 시스템이 터빈 상류에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관.
