Abstract
[해결 수단] 의료용 디바이스(1)에서는, 외주 피복부(32)와 내주 피복부(36)가, 제1 소선(24)과 제2 소선(26)에 의해 둘러싸여진 간극(22)에서, 고착부(50)에서 서로 고착되어 있지만, 메쉬 부재(20)를 구성하는 제1 소선(24) 및 제2 소선(26) 중 어느 것에도 고착되어 있지 않다. 그 때문에, 메쉬 부재(20)가, 지름 방향으로 확장 및 수축할 때에, 제1 소선(24) 및 제2 소선(26)의 움직임이 고리 모양 부재(30)에 의해 저해되기 어렵고, 메쉬 부재(20)의 단부(21)에서의 응력 집중이 저감되며, 그 결과, 메쉬 부재(20)를 구성하는 제1 소선(24) 또는 제2 소선(26)의 파단을 저감할 수 있다.

Claims (4)
- 제1 소선(素線)과 제2 소선이 서로 짜여지고, 지름 방향으로 확장 수축 가능한 메쉬(mesh) 부재와,
상기 메쉬 부재의 적어도 일방의 단부의 외주(外周)를 피복하는 외주 피복부와, 상기 메쉬 부재의 상기 적어도 일방의 단부의 내주(內周)를 피복하는 내주 피복부를 가지는 고리 모양 부재를 구비하며,
상기 외주 피복부와 상기 내주 피복부는, 상기 제1 소선과 상기 제2 소선에 의해 둘러싸여진 간극에 형성되는 고착부에서 서로 고착되어 있는 한편,
상기 외주 피복부와 상기 내주 피복부는, 상기 제1 소선과 상기 제2 소선 중 어느 것에도 고착되어 있지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 디바이스. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 외주 피복부는, 상기 고착부에 형성된 오목부와, 상기 외주 피복부와 상기 내주 피복부가 고착하고 있지 않은 위치에 형성된 볼록부로 이루어지는 요철 형상의 외주면을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 한 의료용 디바이스. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 외주 피복부의 상기 외주면에 고착되고, 상기 고리 모양 부재보다도 후단 방향으로 연장된 샤프트를 구비하고 있으며,
상기 샤프트는, 적어도 상기 오목부에서 상기 고리 모양 부재에 고착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한 의료용 디바이스. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 메쉬 부재의 상기 일방의 단부와는 다른 타방의 단부의 외주를 피복하는 제2 외주 피복부와, 상기 메쉬 부재의 상기 타방의 단부의 내주를 피복하는 제2 내주 피복부를 가지는 제2 고리 모양 부재를 구비하며,
상기 제2 외주 피복부와 상기 제2 내주 피복부는, 상기 제1 소선과 상기 제2 소선에 의해 둘러싸여진 간극에 형성되는 제2 고착부에서 서로 고착되어 있는 한편,
상기 제2 외주 피복부와 상기 제2 내주 피복부는, 상기 제1 소선과 상기 제2 소선 중 어느 것에도 고착되어 있지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 디바이스.
