Abstract
상기 클러스터화된 용액에 희토류 원소를 1~30% 함유하는 미네랄 액상과 pH 조절제를 혼합한 KCl, MgSO4, MgCl으로 구성된 액상 미네랄 바인더 2 ∼ 50중량%를 혼합하여 혼합물을 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 형성된 혼합물을 다단 롤 프레스 또는 진공 핫프레스로 성형하는 단계를 포함한다.

도 2는 본 발명에 따른 제조된 화이버 보드 불연 판넬 도시도.
Claims (1)
- 밀짚, 옥수수대, 볏짚, 톱밥의 유기물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종 이상의 유기물 30 ∼ 95중량% 준비하는 단계와;
미네랄 광물질 C 5 ∼ 81.7%, MgO 1 ∼ 67.7%, AlO 1 ∼ 67.7%, Si 3 ∼ 69.7%, S 0.5 ∼ 67.2%, Cl 0.5 ∼ 67.2%, Ca 2 ∼ 68.7%, TiO2 0.1∼ 66.8%, Mn 0.05 ∼ 66.75%, Fe 0.05 ∼ 66.75% 및 B 0.1 ∼ 66.8% ZrO 1~20%의 원소 구성비를 갖는 광물질 분말 5 ∼ 90중량%를 준비하는 단계와;
리튬(Li), Na(나트륨), K(칼리), Rb(루비듐), Cs(세슘), Fr(프랑슘),베릴륨(Be), 마그네슘(Mg), 칼슘(Ca), 스트론튬(Sr), 바륨(Ba) 등의 알칼리금속염화물 및 알칼리토금속염화물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종 이상의 화합물을 준비하는 단계와;
상기 유기물, 광물질 분말, 및 화합물을 순수한 물에 투입하여 초음파와 자화기에 의하여 클러스터화된 용액으로 제조하는 단계와;
상기 클러스터화된 용액에 희토류 원소를 1~30% 함유하는 미네랄 액상과 pH 조절제를 혼합한 KCl, MgSO4, MgCl으로 구성된 액상 미네랄 바인더 2 ∼ 50중량%를 혼합하여 혼합물을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 형성된 혼합물을 다단 롤 프레스 또는 진공 핫프레스로 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화이버 보드 불연 판넬 제조방법.
