Rabbit Anti-DHT Antibody Coated된 다이하이드로테스토스테론(DHT) ELISA microtiter strips에 DPCs세포 펠렛을 100 μL씩 분주하고, 모든 well에 DHT antiserum 25 μL를 분주하여 8℃에서 15 시간 동안 반응시킨 뒤 3회 세척하였다. 모든 well에 DHT-HRP Enzyme Conjugate를 100 μL 분주하고, 쉐이커 위에서 30분간 실온에서 반응시킨 뒤 3회 세척하였다. 기질 100 μL를 분주하고, 쉐이커 위에서 20 - 30분간 실온에서 반응시킨 뒤, 100 μL의 스톱용액을 처리하여 450 nm에서 흡광도를 측정함으로써 생성된 DHT의 양을 흡광도로 나타냈다.(3회 반복) 대조군에 대한 상대적인 DHT의 생성량을 저해율(%)로 계산하여 그 결과를 표 1에 나타내었다.Dermal papilla cells (DPCs) were dispensed into a 24-well plate at a concentration of 5 × 10 5 / ml in an amount of 1 ml, and cultured for 24 hours.
