Claims (10)
- 입출력 패널에 있어서,
화소;
검지 소자; 및
신호선을 포함하고,
상기 검지 소자는 상기 화소와 중첩되는 영역을 갖고,
상기 신호선은 상기 검지 소자와 전기적으로 접속되고,
상기 신호선은 상기 화소와 전기적으로 접속되는, 입출력 패널. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
제어선; 및
주사선을 더 포함하고,
상기 제어선은 상기 검지 소자와 전기적으로 접속되고,
상기 주사선은 상기 화소와 전기적으로 접속되는, 입출력 패널. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 검지 소자는 제 1 도전막 및 제 2 도전막을 포함하고,
상기 제 1 도전막은 상기 제어선과 전기적으로 접속되고,
상기 제 2 도전막은 상기 신호선과 전기적으로 접속되고,
상기 제 2 도전막은 전계를 상기 제 1 도전막과 상기 제 2 도전막 사이에 형성하도록 배치되고,
상기 전계는 근접하는 물체에 의하여 차단되는 영역을 갖는, 입출력 패널. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 화소는 화소 회로 및 표시 소자를 포함하고,
상기 화소 회로는 상기 신호선 및 상기 주사선과 전기적으로 접속되고,
상기 표시 소자는 상기 화소 회로와 전기적으로 접속되고,
상기 표시 소자는 제 1 전극 및 제 2 전극을 포함하고,
상기 제 1 전극은 상기 화소 회로와 전기적으로 접속되고,
상기 제 2 전극은 상기 제어선과 전기적으로 접속되는, 입출력 패널. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
일군의 복수의 검지 소자; 및
다른 일군의 복수의 검지 소자를 더 포함하고,
상기 일군의 복수의 검지 소자는 상기 검지 소자를 포함하고,
상기 일군의 복수의 검지 소자는 행 방향으로 배치되고,
상기 일군의 복수의 검지 소자는 상기 제어선과 전기적으로 접속되고,
상기 다른 일군의 복수의 검지 소자는 상기 검지 소자를 포함하고,
상기 다른 일군의 복수의 검지 소자는 상기 행 방향과 교차되는 열 방향으로 배치되고,
상기 다른 일군의 복수의 검지 소자는 상기 신호선과 전기적으로 접속되는, 입출력 패널. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
일군의 복수의 화소; 및
다른 일군의 복수의 화소를 더 포함하고,
상기 일군의 복수의 화소는 상기 화소를 포함하고,
상기 일군의 복수의 화소는 행 방향으로 배치되고,
상기 일군의 복수의 화소는 상기 주사선과 전기적으로 접속되고,
상기 다른 일군의 복수의 화소는 상기 화소를 포함하고,
상기 다른 일군의 복수의 화소는 상기 행 방향과 교차되는 열 방향으로 배치되고,
상기 다른 일군의 복수의 화소는 상기 신호선과 전기적으로 접속되는, 입출력 패널. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 검지 소자는 복수의 화소와 중첩되는 영역을 갖고,
상기 복수의 화소는 하나의 주사선과 전기적으로 접속되는 화소 및 다른 주사선과 전기적으로 접속되는 화소를 포함하고,
상기 복수의 화소는 상기 신호선과 전기적으로 접속되는 화소 및 다른 신호선과 전기적으로 접속되는 화소를 포함하는, 입출력 패널. - 입출력 장치에 있어서,
제 2 항에 따른 입출력 패널;
발진 회로;
전환 회로;
구동 회로; 및
검지 회로를 포함하고,
상기 발진 회로는 상기 제어선과 전기적으로 접속되고,
상기 구동 회로는 상기 전환 회로와 전기적으로 접속되고,
상기 검지 회로는 상기 전환 회로와 전기적으로 접속되고,
상기 전환 회로는 상기 신호선과 전기적으로 접속되고,
상기 전환 회로는 전환 신호에 따라 상기 구동 회로 또는 상기 검지 회로를 상기 신호선과 전기적으로 접속하는, 입출력 장치. - 반도체 장치에 있어서,
트랜지스터;
상기 트랜지스터와 전기적으로 접속되는 신호선;
제어선;
구동 회로;
검지 회로; 및
상기 신호선과 상기 구동 회로 사이의 전기적 접속 및 상기 신호선과 상기 검지 회로 사이의 전기적 접속을 제어하는 전환 회로를 포함하고,
상기 신호선과 상기 제어선은 서로 중첩되고,
검지 소자는 상기 신호선 및 상기 제어선을 포함하는, 반도체 장치. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
용량 소자;
표시 소자; 및
도전막을 더 포함하고,
상기 용량 소자의 한쪽의 전극은 상기 트랜지스터 및 상기 표시 소자와 전기적으로 접속되고,
상기 용량 소자의 다른 쪽의 전극은 상기 도전막과 전기적으로 접속되는, 반도체 장치.
