Claims (15)
- 열가소성 중간 층(3)을 통해 서로 결합된 외측 판유리(1) 및 내측 판유리(2), 및
외측 판유리(1)와 내측 판유리(2) 사이에 배열되고, 제1 집전 레일(5) 및 제2 집전 레일(6)에 의해 전기적으로 접촉되고, 집전 레일(5, 6) 사이에서 흐르는 가열 전류를 안내하기 위해 집전 레일(5, 6) 사이에서 진행되는 적어도 1개의 탈코팅된 격리선(8)을 갖는 투명한 가열가능한 코팅(4)
을 적어도 포함하고, 여기서 제1 집전 레일(5) 및 제2 집전 레일(6)은 전방 에지(V) 또는 후방 에지(H)를 따라 배열된 것인,
상부 에지(O), 하부 에지(U), 전방 에지(V) 및 후방 에지(H)를 갖는, 차량의 열릴 수 있는 측면 창문용의 가열가능한 라미네이팅된 측면 판유리. - 제1항에 있어서, 제1 집전 레일(5)이 전방 에지(V)를 따라 배열되고, 제2 집전 레일(6)이 후방 에지(H)를 따라 배열된 것인 측면 판유리.
- 제2항에 있어서, 가열 출력이 후방 에지(H)로부터 전방 에지(V)까지 적어도 섹션에서 증가하는 것인 측면 판유리.
- 제3항에 있어서, 인접한 격리선(8) 사이의 거리가 후방 에지(H)로부터 전방 에지(V)까지 55 mm 내지 110 mm의 최대 거리로부터 10 mm 내지 55 mm의 최소 거리까지 적어도 섹션에서 감소하는 것인 측면 판유리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 집전 레일(5) 및 제2 집전 레일(6)이 동일 에지(V, H)를 따라 배열된 것인 측면 판유리.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에지를 따라 배열된 집전 레일(5, 6)의, 상기 에지로부터의 최대 거리가 3 cm 미만, 바람직하게는 2.5 cm 미만, 특히 바람직하게는 2 cm 미만인 측면 판유리.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에지를 따라 배열된 집전 레일(5, 6)의, 상기 에지로부터의 최소 거리가 3 mm 초과, 바람직하게는 5 mm 초과인 측면 판유리.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가열가능한 코팅(4)이 외측 판유리(1) 또는 내측 판유리(2)의, 중간 층(3)을 대면하는 표면(II, III) 상에 또는 중간 층(3) 내의 중합체 캐리어 필름 상에 형성된 것인 측면 판유리.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가열가능한 코팅(4)이 적어도 1개의 전기 전도성 층, 바람직하게는 2개 또는 3개의 전기 전도성 층을 포함하고, 전기 전도성 층은 적어도 은을 함유하고 10 nm 내지 50 nm의 두께를 갖는 것인 측면 판유리.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가열가능한 코팅(4)이 500 ㎛ 이하, 바람직하게는 10 ㎛ 내지 250 ㎛, 특히 바람직하게는 20 ㎛ 내지 150 ㎛의 선 폭을 갖는 복수의 격리선(8)을 가지며, 인접한 격리선(8) 사이의 거리가 1 cm 내지 10 cm, 바람직하게는 2 cm 내지 6 cm인 측면 판유리.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 집전 레일(5, 6)이 전기 전도성 필름의 스트립으로서 또는 소성된 스크린인쇄 페이스트로서 구현되고, 상기 전기 전도성 필름이 바람직하게는 구리를 함유하고, 상기 소성된 스크린인쇄 페이스트가 바람직하게는 은 입자를 함유하는 것인 측면 판유리.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 집전 레일(5, 6)의 폭이 1 mm 내지 20 mm, 바람직하게는 2 mm 내지 10 mm인 측면 판유리.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 2개의 집전 레일(5, 6)이 각 경우에 1개의 공급선(7)에 전기적으로 연결되고, 공급선(7)은 하부 에지(U)까지 진행되고, 집전 레일(5, 6)에 대향된 공급선(7)의 단부들이 서로 30 mm 이하, 바람직하게는 20 mm 이하, 특히 바람직하게는 20 mm 이하의 거리를 갖는 것인 측면 판유리.
- (a) 외측 판유리(1), 내측 판유리(2) 및 중간 층(3)을 제공하고,
(b) 외측 판유리(1) 또는 내측 판유리(2)의 표면(II, III) 상에 또는 캐리어 필름 상에 가열가능한 코팅(4)을 제공하고,
(c) 가열가능한 코팅(4) 내에 격리선(8)을 도입하고,
(d) 집전 레일(5, 6)에 의해 가열가능한 코팅(4)을 접촉시키고,
(e) 외측 판유리(1)와 내측 판유리(2) 사이에 중간 층(3)을 배열하고,
(f) 라미네이팅에 의해 외측 판유리(1)를 중간 층(3)을 통해 내측 판유리(2)에 결합시키는 것
을 적어도 포함하는, 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 가열가능한 라미네이팅된 측면 판유리의 제조 방법. - 육상, 공중 또는 수상에서의 이동을 위한 수송 수단에서의, 특히 모터 차량에서의, 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 측면 판유리의 용도.
