Abstract
폐스펀지를 가로 세로 0.5cm의 크기로 분쇄하는 단계;
폐종이를 가로 세로 1cm의 크기로 분쇄하는 단계;
상기 분쇄된 폐플라스틱, 폐스펀지, 폐종이를 각각 50:30:20의 중량비로 혼합하여 혼합재료를 형성하는 단계;
상기 혼합재료와 물풀을 100:5의 중량비로 배합하여 배합재료를 형성하는 단계;
상기 배합재료를 80cm*60cm*10cm 크기의 직육면체 형상 성형틀로 성형하여 성형물을 형성하는 단계;
상기 성형물의 전체 표면에 1cm의 두께로 우레탄을 코팅하는 단계;
상기 코팅된 성형물의 전면에 다수의 흡음홀을 형성하는 단계;
로 구성되는 폐플라스틱을 이용한 방음판 제조방법을 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명은 소음원으로부터 발생되는 소음을 흡수하여 소음을 충분히 제거할 수 있을 뿐만아니라, 폐자재를 재활용함으로써 생산 비용을 절감하고, 환경의 보호에 기여할 수 있는 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.

Claims (1)
- 폐플라스틱을 가로 세로 1cm의 크기로 분쇄하는 단계;
폐스펀지를 가로 세로 0.5cm의 크기로 분쇄하는 단계;
폐종이를 가로 세로 1cm의 크기로 분쇄하는 단계;
상기 분쇄된 폐플라스틱, 폐스펀지, 폐종이를 각각 50:30:20의 중량비로 혼합하여 혼합재료를 형성하는 단계;
상기 혼합재료와 물풀을 100:5의 중량비로 배합하여 배합재료를 형성하는 단계;
상기 배합재료를 80cm*60cm*10cm 크기의 직육면체 형상 성형틀로 성형하여 성형물을 형성하는 단계;
상기 성형물의 전체 표면에 1cm의 두께로 우레탄을 코팅하는 단계;
상기 코팅된 성형물의 전면에 다수의 흡음홀을 형성하는 단계;
로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐플라스틱을 이용한 방음판 제조방법.
