Claims (14)
- Si-H-작용성 폴리실록산 상으로 적어도 하나의 모노비닐-작용성 폴리실록산 및 적어도 하나의 에폭시-작용성, 모노비닐-작용성 성분의 부가에 의해 수득 가능한 폴리실록산으로서, 적어도 하나의 모노비닐-작용성 폴리실록산이 하기 화학식 I을 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리실록산:
식에서,
Z는 수소 또는 1 내지 4개 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬기이고,
X는 하기 화학식의 1가 라디칼이다:
식에서, p = 0 또는 1이고, q = 0 내지 30이고, r = 1 내지 400이고, p = 1인 경우, q ≥ 2이고,
Ra는 1 내지 30개 탄소 원자를 갖는 선형, 할로겐화 또는 비할로겐화 알킬 라디칼, 3 내지 30개 탄소 원자를 갖는 분기형 또는 고리형, 할로겐화 또는 비할로겐화 알킬 라디칼, 또는 6 내지 30개 탄소 원자를 갖는 아릴 라디칼, 또는 7 내지 30개 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬아릴 라디칼 또는 아릴알킬 라디칼, 또는 알콕시알킬렌 옥사이드-알킬 라디칼 또는 알콕시폴리알킬렌 옥사이드-알킬 라디칼이고,
모든 Rb, Rc, Rd, 및 Re는 서로 독립적으로 1 내지 30개 탄소 원자를 갖는 선형, 할로겐화 또는 비할로겐화 알킬 라디칼, 3 내지 30개 탄소 원자를 갖는 분기형 또는 고리형, 할로겐화 또는 비할로겐화 알킬 라디칼, 또는 6 내지 30개 탄소 원자를 갖는 아릴 라디칼, 또는 7 내지 30개 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬아릴 라디칼 또는 아릴알킬 라디칼이고,
Rd 및 Re는 또한 서로 독립적으로 Ra[SiRbRcO]r일 수 있고, 여기서
Ra, Rb, Rc, 및 r은 상기 정의된 바와 같고 이들과 독립적으로 선택된다. - 제1항에 있어서,
Si-H-작용성 폴리실록산이 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리실록산. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
모노비닐-작용성 폴리실록산 및 에폭시-작용성, 모노비닐-작용성 성분과 상이한 적어도 하나의 모노비닐-작용성 성분이 Si-H-작용성 폴리실록산과 반응하며, 상기 성분이 하기 화학식 III을 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리실록산:

Z는 수소 또는 1 내지 4개 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬기이고,
Q는 하기 화학식의 1가 라디칼이다:

식에서, v = 0 또는 1이며,
L'은 연결기이고,
R은 라디칼 -SiRx nRy 3 - n이고, 여기서
n = 1 내지 3이고,
Rx는 각 경우 독립적으로 할로겐, O알킬, 또는 O-CO-알킬이고,
Ry는 알킬이거나 6 내지 10개 탄소 원자를 갖는 아릴이고; 또는
R은 에테르, 에스테르 및/또는 우레탄기를 갖는 중합체성 라디칼이다. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
Si-H-작용성 폴리실록산 상에서 모노비닐-작용성 성분의 부가 반응을 수행하기 전에 에테르, 에스테르 및/또는 우레탄기를 함유하는 적어도 하나의 모노하이드록시-작용성 중합체 성분이 Si-H-작용성 폴리실록산과의 축합 반응에 의해 반응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리실록산. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
하기 일반 화학식 IV를 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리실록산:

X, Y, Z, 및 Q는 제1항 내지 제6항에서 정의된 바와 같고,
s = 0 또는 1이고;
R1은 각 경우 독립적으로 C1-C14 알킬, C6-C10 아릴 또는 C7-C12 아랄킬이고;
R2 및 R3은 서로 독립적으로 CH2CHZX, CH2CHZY 또는 (CH2CHZ)sQ이거나, 또는 -(R4)i-C1-C14 알킬, -(R4)i-C6-C14 아릴 또는 -(R4)i-C7-C14 아랄킬이고, 여기서 i = 0 또는 1이고, R4는 O, O-CO, O-CO-O 또는 -OSO2-이고;
A = 0 내지 20이고, B = 2 내지 300이고, C = 0 내지 20이고, D = 0 내지 20이고;
C = 0인 경우, R2 = X이고/이거나 R3 = X이고,
D = 0인 경우, R2 = Y이고/이거나 R3 = Y이다. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의되는 하나 이상의 폴리실록산의 제조 방법으로서, 선택적인 첫 번째 단계에서 Si-H-작용성 폴리실록산이 축합 반응에 의해 모노하이드록시-작용성, 중합체성 성분과 부분적으로 반응하고, 추가 단계에서 하이드로실릴화 반응에 의해 모노비닐-작용성 성분과 반응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의되는 하나 이상의 폴리실록산을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서,
코팅재, 중합체성 성형 화합물 또는 열가소제인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물. - 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서,
조성물이 에폭시 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물. - 제8항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의되는 하나 이상의 폴리실록산이 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 10 wt%의 총량으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물. - 금속, 유리, 세라믹, 및 플라스틱 물질로부터 선택되는 기재의 코팅 방법으로서, 제8항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의되는 본 발명의 조성물이 기재에 적용되고, 코팅이 물리적으로 건조되고/되거나 반응성 자가-가교에 의해 경화되고/되거나 반응성 외부 가교에 의해 경화되는 방법.
- 제12항의 방법에 의해 수득 가능한 코팅 기재.
- 경화 조성물의 표면에 부착 방지 및/또는 오염 반발 특성을 부여하기 위한 코팅재, 중합체성 성형 화합물, 및 열가소제 군으로부터 선택되는 조성물용 첨가제로서의 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의되는 폴리실록산의 용도.
