도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 비수 전해질 이차 전지의 제조 방법의 개요를 도시한 플로우차트;
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 음극 준비 공정의 개요를 도시한 플로우차트;
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 음극의 구성예를 도시한 개략도;
도 4는 도 3의 IV-IV선을 따라 취한 개략적인 단면도;
도 5는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 양극의 구성예를 도시한 개략도;
도 6은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 전극군의 구성예를 도시한 개략도;
도 7은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 비수 전해질 이차 전지의 구성예를 도시한 개략도;
도 8은 도 7의 VIII-VIII선을 따라 취한 개략적인 단면도;

Claims (6)
- 비수 전해질 이차 전지의 제조 방법으로서,
탄소계 음극 활물질, 바인더, 및 당알콜을 서로 혼련하여, 음극 혼합물 페이스트를 형성하는 혼련 공정; 및
상기 음극 혼합물 페이스트를 음극 집전체에 도포하여, 음극 혼합물층을 형성하는 도포 공정을 포함하는 비수 전해질 이차 전지의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 당알콜은, 마니톨, 자일리톨, 소르비톨, 및 말티톨로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종인 비수 전해질 이차 전지의 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 당알콜의 혼합량은, 100 질량부의 탄소계 음극 활물질에 대하여, 0.1 질량부 내지 7.0 질량부인 비수 전해질 이차 전지의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 혼련 공정은,
상기 바인더, 상기 당알콜, 증점재, 및 용매를 서로 혼련하여, 제1혼합물을 얻는 제1혼련공정;
상기 제1혼합물 및 상기 탄소계 음극 활물질을 서로 혼련하여, 제2혼합물을 얻는 제2혼련공정; 및
상기 용매를 상기 제2혼합물에 첨가하고, 상기 용매 및 상기 제2혼합물을 서로 혼련하여, 상기 음극 혼합물 페이스트를 얻는 희석-분산 공정을 포함하는 비수 전해질 이차 전지의 제조 방법. - 비수 전해질 이차 전지로서,
음극 집전체; 및
상기 음극 집전체 상에 형성되는 음극 혼합물층을 포함하고,
상기 음극 혼합물층은, 탄소계 음극 활물질, 바인더, 및 당알콜을 함유하며,
상기 음극 혼합물층의 두께 방향의 일 단면이, 상기 음극 혼합물층을 폭 방향으로 3등분하고, 추가로 상기 음극 혼합물층을 상기 두께 방향으로 2등분함으로써, 6개의 측정 영역들로 분할되는 경우, 상기 모든 측정 영역들이 하기 식 (I):
0.8<Mi/Mave<1.2 ... (I)
(여기서, i는 1 내지 6의 정수이고,
Mi는 상기 측정 영역들 각각에 있어서의 상기 당알콜의 NMR 신호 세기를 나타내며,
Mave는 M1, M2, M3, M4, M5, 및 M6의 평균값을 나타냄)
을 만족하는 비수 전해질 이차 전지. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 평균값은, 10 내지 700인 비수 전해질 이차 전지.
