Claims (4)
- 수면 또는 수중에서 부유 또는 유영 가능한 본체(11); 유해 조류에 대해 영향을 끼치는 대역의 초음파를 발생시켜 외부로 조사하는 조류제거부(12); 물의 강제 흡입/배출을 통해 주변 물의 순환을 유도하는 호소순환부(13); 상기 흡입 배출되는 물의 수질을 검출하는 수질검출부(14); 광시각적 신호를 출력하여 어두운 환경에서 외부로 동작 상태 및 위치를 표출시키는 식별표시부(15); 통신망(C)을 통해 원격지의 관제부(20)와 접속하여 제어신호와 동작상태신호를 송수신하는 통신부(16); 동작 관련 정보를 입력 설정하는 한편 동작 상태를 표시하는 입/출력부(17); 태양광으로부터 변환된 전원 또는 배터리 전원을 전기회로 부분에 동작 전원으로 공급하는 전원부(18); 상기 각부(12~18)의 동작을 자체적으로 제어하거나, 원격지의 관제부(20)에서 송출된 제어신호에 따라 동작을 제어하는 제어부(19);를 포함하는 초음파를 이용한 유해 조류 제거장치.
- 청구항1에 있어서,
상기 유해 조류에 대해 영향을 끼치는 대역의 초음파는 16KHz ~ 2.4MHz 범위 내로서, 그 범위 내에서 특정 주파수로 고정 또는 가변되면서 조사되는 초음파를 이용한 유해 조류 제거장치.
- 청구항1에 있어서,
상기 통신부(16)는 GPS기능을 갖는 위성통신모듈인 초음파를 이용한 유해 조류 제거장치.
- 청구항1에 있어서,
상기 제어부(19)의 제어 신호에 의해 동작하여 추진동력을 발생시키는 추진력발생수단과 상기 추진력발생수단의 축에 결합되어 회전하는 추진체를 포함하여 구성된 추진부(13')가 본체(11) 하부면 일측 단 양측에 더 마련된 초음파를 이용한 유해 조류 제거장치.
