도 5는 열 전달 장치의 열교환기 유닛을 도시한 도면이며,
도 6a, 6b는 제 2 하우징 부재 내에 매립된, 도 5의 열 전달 장치의 열교환기 유닛을 도시한 도면이고,

Claims (10)
- 하우징(3)에 의해서 완전히 둘러싸인 용적 내부에 배치된 열교환기 유닛(2)을 갖춘 폐쇄된 하우징(3)을 구비하며, 상기 열교환기 유닛(2)은 서로 이격되어 배치된 관(10, 11, 15, 16)들로 형성되어 있는, 제 1 유체와 제 2 유체 사이에서 열을 전달하기 위한 열 전달 장치(1)로서,
상기 열교환기 유닛(2)은 중심축을 갖는 적어도 하나의 원통 스파이럴(cylindrical spiral)(9, 14) 및 적어도 2개의 원통 스파이럴형으로 휘어진 관(10, 11, 15, 16)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열 전달 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 원통 스파이럴(9, 14)은 적어도 하나의 원통 스파이럴형으로 휘어진 내부 관(11, 16) 및 원통 스파이럴형으로 휘어진 외부 관(10, 15)을 구비하며, 상기 원통 스파이럴형으로 휘어진 내부 관(11, 16)은 상기 원통 스파이럴(9, 14)의 중심축에 동축으로, 상기 원통 스파이럴형으로 휘어진 외부 관(10, 15)에 의해 둘러싸인 용적 내부에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열 전달 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 하우징(3)에 의해서 둘러싸인 용적 내부에 가이드 장치들이 배치되어 있으며, 상기 가이드 장치들은, 열 전달을 위한 유체들 중 하나의 유체를 상기 열교환기 유닛(2)의 관(10, 11, 15, 16)들의 외부 면을 따라서 유동 경로들을 통해 안내하기 위해, 상기 하우징(3)과 결합하여 상기 하나의 유체를 위한 유동 경로들을 형성하는 방식으로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열 전달 장치. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 하우징(3)에 의해서 완전히 둘러싸인 용적이 유동 경로들로 세분되도록 상기 원통 스파이럴형으로 휘어진 내부 관(11, 16)과 중심축에 대해 방사 방향으로 인접 배치된 원통 스파이럴형으로 휘어진 외부 관(10, 15) 사이에 가이드 장치로서 분리 부재(12, 17)가 배치되어 있으며, 상기 분리 부재(12, 17)는 상기 원통 스파이럴(9, 14)의 중심축에 동축으로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열 전달 장치. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 분리 부재(12, 17)가 중공 원통형으로 형성되어 있음으로써, 상기 내부 관(11, 16)이 상기 분리 부재(12, 17)에 의해서 둘러싸인 용적 내부에 그리고 상기 외부 관(10, 15)이 상기 분리 부재(12, 17) 둘레에 원통 스파이럴형으로 휘어진 형태로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열 전달 장치. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 원통 스파이럴형으로 휘어진 내부 관(11, 16)에 의해서 둘러싸인 용적 내부에 가이드 장치로서 변위 부재(13, 18)가 형성되어 있으며, 상기 변위 부재(13, 18)는 상기 원통 스파이럴(9, 14)의 중심축에 대해 동축으로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열 전달 장치. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 변위 부재(13, 18)가 원통형으로 형성되어 있음으로써, 상기 내부 관(11, 16)이 상기 변위 부재(13, 18)의 둘레에 원통 스파이럴형으로 휘어진 형태로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열 전달 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 관(10, 11, 15, 16)들은 외부 면에 리브형(ribbed)으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열 전달 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 하우징(3)은 제 1 하우징 부재(3a)와 제 2 하우징 부재(3b)로 적어도 2개의 부분으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열 전달 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 열 전달 장치(1)는 공기 조화 시스템의 냉매 순환계용으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열 전달 장치.
