Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- i) 펜던트(pendant) 또는 측쇄 폴리에테르기를 갖고, 140,000 내지 50,000,000 g/mol의 상대 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 1종 이상의 비이온성 또는 실질적으로 비이온성 비닐 또는 아크릴 브러쉬 폴리머(brush polymer), 및 ii) 1종 이상의 페놀성 기, 또는 적어도 1종의 황산기를 갖는 1종 이상의 방향족 기와 함께 함유하는 1종 이상의 방향족 보조인자를 포함하는 시멘트, 플라스터(plaster) 또는 모르타르 조성물에서 셀룰로오스 에테르의 대체물로서 유용한 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 i) 브러쉬 폴리머 고형물의 총량 대 ii) 방향족 보조인자 고형물의 총량의 중량 비는 1:0.5 내지 1:10의 범위인, 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 ii) 1종 이상의 방향족 보조인자는 나프탈렌 설포네이트 알데하이드 축합물 폴리머, 폴리(스티렌-코-스티렌 설포네이트) 코폴리머, 리그닌 설포네이트, 카테콜 탄닌, 페놀 수지, 폴리페놀성 물질, 나프톨, 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는, 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 i) 1종 이상의 비닐 또는 아크릴 브러쉬 폴리머는 150,000 내지 5,000,000 g/mol의 상대 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는, 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 i) 1종 이상의 비닐 또는 아크릴 브러쉬 폴리머는 알콕시 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜)기 또는 폴리에틸렌 글리콜기로부터 선택된 펜던트 또는 측쇄 폴리에테르기를 갖는, 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 i) 1종 이상의 브러쉬 폴리머의 펜던트 또는 측쇄 폴리에테르기에서 에테르기의 평균 수는 1.5 내지 50개 에테르기의 범위인, 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 i) 1종 이상의 브러쉬 폴리머는 폴리에톡실화된 폴리비닐 알코올; 펜던트 또는 측쇄 폴리에테르기를 갖는 매크로모노머 a)의 호모폴리머, 1종 이상의 매크로모노머 a)와 저급 알킬(C1 내지 C4) 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트, 하이드록시알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트, 디에틸렌성으로 불포화된 가교결합제 모노머, 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 모노머 b)의 코폴리머로부터 선택되는, 조성물.
- 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 i) 적어도 1종의 브러쉬 폴리머는 1종 이상의 매크로모노머 a)와 1종 이상의 모노머 b)의 공중합 생성물이고, 상기 모노머 b)의 총 공중합 생성물은, i) 브러쉬 폴리머의 제조에 사용된 모노머의 중량을 기준으로, i) 브러쉬 폴리머의 0.1 내지 40 wt.%의 양으로 존재하는, 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
하나의 건조 분말;
i) 분말로서의 1종 이상의 브러쉬 폴리머와 ii) 분말로서의 1종 이상의 방향족 보조인자의 건조 분말 블렌드; 또는
수성 혼합물
중 어느 것을 포함하는, 조성물. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 수경성(hydraulic) 시멘트 또는 플라스터를 추가로 포함하고, ii) 고형물로서의 1종 이상의 방향족 보조인자의 총량은, 총 시멘트 고형물을 기준으로, 0.1 내지 10 wt.%의 범위인, 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 청구된 조성물의 사용 방법으로서,
a) 전단의 존재하에 습성 수경성 시멘트 또는 플라스터에 건조 분말 블렌드, 하나의 건조 분말, 수성 혼합물, 또는 이들의 혼합물 형태의 상기 조성물을 부가하여 시멘트, 모르타르 또는 플라스터를 형성하는 단계, 또는;
b) 전단의 존재하에 우선 i) 임의의 형태의 1종 이상의 브러쉬 폴리머를 습성 수경성 시멘트, 모르타르 또는 플라스터에 부가하고, 그 다음 ii) 1종 이상의 방향족 보조인자를 부가하여 시멘트, 모르타르 또는 플라스터를 형성하는 단계 중 어느 한 단계; 및, 그 다음
이에 따라 형성된 시멘트, 모르타르 또는 플라스터를 기재(substrate)에 적용하는 단계를 포함하는, 청구항 1에 청구된 조성물의 사용 방법.
