Claims (5)
- 일방이 개방된 원통형의 플런저 수용공을 갖는 텐셔너 바디와, 상기 플런저 수용공에 접동 자재로 삽입되는 원통형의 플런저와, 상기 플런저 수용공과 플런저와의 사이에 형성되는 압유실에 신축 자재로 수납되어 플런저를 전진 방향으로 부세하는 부세 수단을 구비하는 체인 텐셔너에 있어서,
상기 압유실과 오일 공급부와의 사이에는, 체크 밸브 유닛이 배치되고,
상기 플런저의 외주면과 플런저 수용공의 원통면부의 사이에는, 상기 압유실로부터 리크(leak)된 오일이 유입함과 동시에 상기 플런저의 후퇴에 의해 용적이 커지는 제2 압유실을 갖고,
상기 제 2압유실의 소정 이상의 고압으로 오일을 개방하는 릴리프 밸브 유닛(relief valve unit)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 체인 텐셔너.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 압유실과 제2 압유실의 사이에는, 리크되는 오일의 유량을 규정하는 오리피스부(orifice)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 체인 텐셔너.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 릴리프 밸브 유닛이, 오일 공급부에 오일을 환류하도록 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 체인 텐셔너.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 압유실의 소정 이상의 고압으로 오일 공급부에 오일을 환류하는 제2 릴리프 밸브 유닛을 더 갖고,
상기 제 2 릴리프 밸브 유닛의 개변압이, 상기 릴리프 밸브 유닛의 개변압보다 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 체인 텐셔너.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 체크 밸브 유닛이, 상기 제 2 릴리프 밸브 유닛의 밸브 요소로서 배치되고,
상기 제 2 릴리프 밸브 유닛과 상기 체크 밸브 유닛이 일체로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 체인 텐셔너.
