Claims (15)
- 진공 용기를 포함하고 이미지들을 획득, 증폭 및 디스플레이하기 위한 이미지 강화 센서에 관한 것으로, 상기 이미지 강화 센서는:
광음극 - 상기 이미지들로부터 획득된 전자기 방사선이 상기 광음극에 충돌할 시 광전자들을 상기 진공 용기 내로 방출하도록 구성됨 - ;
상기 광음극과 이격되고 대면 관계인 양극 - 상기 양극은 상기 광전자들을 수용하고 상기 광전자들을 변환하도록 구성되어 그것을 토대로 상기 이미지들을 디스플레이함 - ; 및
상기 이미지 강화 센서에 전력을 공급하기 위한 전원 공급부를 포함하며,
상기 이미지 강화 센서는 포팅 재료(potting material)를 더 포함하고, 상기 포팅 재료는 경량의 포팅 재료를 포함하고, 상기 경량의 포팅 재료는 발포체 조성물(foam compound)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이미지 강화 센서. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 포팅 재료는 폴리스티렌 발포체(polystyrene foam)를 포함하는 이미지 강화 센서. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 포팅 재료는 에폭시 발포체(epoxy foam)를 포함하는 이미지 강화 센서. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 포팅 재료는 실리콘(silicone)을 포함하는 이미지 강화 센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 포팅 재료는 폴리우레탄 발포체(polyurethane foam)를 포함하는 이미지 강화 센서. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 포팅 재료는 실리콘 발포체(silicone foam), 폴리염화비닐 발포체(polyvinyl chloride foam, PVC), 폴리에스테르 발포체(polyester foam), 폴리아마이드 발포체(polyamide foam), 폴리이미드 발포체(polyimide foam), 페놀수지 발포체(phenolic foam), 폴리이소시아누레이트 발포체(polyisocyanurate foam), 폴리시닌 발포체(polyicynene foam), 멜라민 발포체(melamine foam) 및 폴리에틸렌 발포체(polyethylene foam)를 포함하는 그룹 중 1 이상을 포함하는 이미지 강화 센서. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 이미지 강화 센서는 제2항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항을 따르는 복수의 포팅 재료들을 포함하는 이미지 강화 센서. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 이미지 강화 센서는 상기 광음극의 둘레에 고전압 격리용 포팅 재료를 포함하는 이미지 강화 센서. - 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 이미지 강화 센서는 상기 진공 용기의 둘레에 경량의 포팅 재료를 포함하는 이미지 강화 센서. - 제 7 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 이미지 강화 센서는 상기 전원 공급부의 둘레에 고전압 격리용 포팅 재료를 포함하는 이미지 강화 센서. - 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이미지 강화 센서는:
전자 증배 수단 - 상기 전자 증배 수단은 상기 광음극과 상기 양극 사이에 위치되며 상기 광음극으로부터의 상기 광전자들을 증배시키고 상기 증배된 광전자들을 상기 양극쪽으로 방출하도록 구성됨 - 을 더 포함하고, 특히 상기 전자 증배 수단은 마이크로 채널 플레이트를 포함하는 이미지 강화 센서. - 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 이미지 강화 센서는 직접 관찰 시스템로 구성되고, 상기 양극은 형광 스크린을 포함하는 이미지 강화 센서. - 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 이미지 강화 센서는 디지털 이미지 센서이고, 상기 양극은 반도체 이미지 센서, 특히 CCD(charged-coupled device) 또는 CMOS(complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor)를 포함하는 이미지 강화 센서. - 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
