A는 H3N+-(C1-4 알킬렌)-N+H3인 것을 특징으로 하는,
태양 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,
A는 H3N+-(CH2)3-N+H3인 것을 특징으로 하는,
태양 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,
M은 Pd2 +, Cu2 +, Pb2 +, Sn2 +, Ge2 +, Sr2 +, Cd2 +, Ca2 +, Ni2 +, Mn2 +, Fe2 +, Co2 +, Sn2 +, Yb2+, 또는 Eu2+인 것을 특징으로 하는,

상기 정공 전달층 상에 형성된 제2 전극.
